One June 20th I placed an order to Sharptek Supply for 5 Heating pads. Below is a copy of the invoice which was only sent to me 3 weeks later upon request The Business is unreachable via phone (I have been trying since June) and will only reply to emails at their own discretion.See invoice below showing when it was ordered and what should have arrived. Bought 8oz of ******** to try the product, never used it before. Placed the order on July 8th and paid for it with a debit card. A couple days later (July 10th) I asked for tracking info through an email. First customer service person apologized saying the product was out of stock and not in the wearhouse, they said a credit card cancelation would be going in 1-2 weekdays. I asked for a different product, still 8oz of ********, and no response expect for an automated "your response has been received" email. Disappointed they did not actually have it in stock and did not list that information online, or listened to my request of the other ********. July 16th I told customer service I was still waiting on the refund. A second customer service person emailed three days later and said they already sent a request to cancel and refund my order. Even said they would let me know once it was refunded. Odd as it had been over a week since the order was noted as unable to be filled... Sooooo I waited. And waited. And checked my bank account ledger. And waited some more. And on July 29th I sent another email, informing customer service again that I have NOT received my refund on an UNFULFILLED order. I asked how long do refunds take?? Fully knowing what I had been told and the time frame I was given. Today is, August 2nd, and I checked my bank account ledger, and I checked my email, and I haven't heard a word from this company since. Mind you, this order is exactly $23.37, and the invoice number is #**********. However, they have wasted my time and my money. I highly recommend you do not waste your time and money with this company. I have all the emails of what happened for reference.Initial Complaint

On 11-13-22 I ordered a food grinder from sharpteksupply.com. The order # is **********. The item # is 10 ***. I was looking for a food grinder with a standard size grinding plate, so I could order extra grinding plates to go with it. Food grinders usually come with only one plate. However, 3rd party manufacturers make other plates in standard sizes. Before ordering, I asked if the grinder would be returnable. They said yes, it was returnable. They shipped it on 11-14-22. When it arrived, I discovered the grinding plate was NOT the standard size (2-3/4" for a # 10 grinder). So, I went on the website, and filled out their return request form on 11-24-22. I got an email confirmation that they got this. I hear nothing. After more than a week, I called their phone number (1-************), and some guy says he'd have someone from customer service contact me. Still nothing. I finally started getting emails from someone named Lance, saying my request had been updated (several of these), but still no return instructions. Then, Lance started asking me for all this information. They needed the order #. They needed the item #. They couldn't find the return form. I gave them all the information they asked for. Still nothing. I called again, and a guy said to email all the info to ***, who would be dealing with it. I did, but the email came back as undeliverable. I pasted the *** email into their contact email, [email protected]., and sent that. It went through. I then called again, & left a message to tell *** to go find that email & read it. I hear nothing. I have been trying to return this for a month now. I have sent them all the info they have asked for. We shouldn't be having all this trouble. I finally decided they are probably going out of business, and are stalling until they skip town. They are no longer answering the phone, you get a machine, and no call back. I placed an order with SharpTek supply for a LED bulb on May 9th, 2022 for $77.93. They sent me the wrong bulb that's probably worth $5. I've tried to contact them numerous times with no response.
