  Why weren't we notified of our information being the involved in a data breach and ending up on the dark web? It doesn't matter if it is just names and email addresses! Actually names and email addresses lead to further exploitation and potential breaches. This is bull****. Someone needs to be held accountable and take withhold the information about the breach because it was "only names and maybe emails". Due to this so called "minimal breach" my email has been completely hacked! Thanks mmg fusion, I look forward to joining in on any future lawsuit that develops!

  I, too have found out that my information was leaked or stolen(whatever the case is being considered) back in December of 2020. I have screenshots from my digital secure account through ******* ******** where it shows 3 different occasions of it happening, but all of them were on the same day. I have never even had an account through this MMG Fusion business nor was made aware of any of these data breaches until today. Almost 3 years later and still no kind of answer.

  Just found out from a scan of my information that my NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH were leaked to the dark web in an MMG fusion data breach in 2020. I have never used MMG fusion, nor was I aware my information was made available to this company. I was never notified by MMG fusion, nor did MMG fusion reach out with any remedy for this major issue. It is August 2023.

  I'm also in the same dilemma as over 2 million people are and I have to find out my personal pedigree information was compromised and no one contacted me about this matter, the company and execs need to be transparent and accountable for the obvious disregard for consumers/patients you would think being Healthcare related that's HIPPA violations at least, if Tmobile notified over 8 times the number ofpeople and courts are holding then accountable why not in this case.

  Hello Eryk, We understand a credit monitoring service you may subscribe to has reported a cyber-attack of MMG Fusion. We are providing you information regarding this incident. MMG Fusion is a third-party software company that provides dental practices with non-clinical, non-financial tools and services that support practice marketing, operations, and communications. MMG Fusion's databases were targeted in a cyberattack on December 22, 2020. MMG subsequently engaged independent cyber-security experts and launched a comprehensive investigation into the attack which confirmed that the data breach involved in the hack did not include the disclosure of any identifiable medical, treatment, or financial information, as the only patient identifiable information involved was nonclinical, non-financial data such as names, and, in some cases a phone number, or email address. No treatment information or appointment codes were connected to any patient's personally identifiable information. In addition, no social security numbers and/or financial information were involved in the breach. That data is not stored or present on any MMG Fusion databases. MMG Fusion took action to further enhance the protections that were already in place. The department of Homeland Security has an ongoing investigation active, as they do with all cyber crimes committed against American businesses. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

  I had a credit report agency find all my personal info on dark web in relation to an mmgfusion.com account. I have ZERO idea what this is or why my info is on it without my consent or knowing it's there. What do people like myself do when a website such as this is using info without my concent or any knowledge of it being used in the first place?
