  I went to Weinstein Eye Associates for routine eye exams. The experience with the staff was quite difficult from the beginning, as our prescriptions were not provided at the appointment and it required four calls for them to be successfully emailed to us. We received an invoice due to a billing mistake by the office a few weeks after the appointment which did not include a method for payment. I attempted to call multiple times and the phone was not picked up (I have tough work hours so have to take unpaid time off to visit the office physically). My emails have been unanswered including using the contact us form on the website, yet now I have received a final notice warning prior to the outstanding balance being sent to collections. This company is threatening to ruin patients' perfect credit scores due to incredibly incompetent staff. I will definitely never return to this business but I need this very insignificant balance to be settled without impacting my credit.

  I have received a letter in the mail stating that we have a complaint that has been closed. I would like to dispute this complaint - 

  
  

   ** ****** did email me questioning the bill he received. I did respond with a phone call and email explaining why he received an additional bill; he called his insurance company to verify that he was charged correctly, and he was. He then received a bill from our billing department, this bill has an option to mail in your payment with your cc info or a check.
