    I am not liable for this debt with First mark. I never signed any paperwork and they have not provided me with paper work stating I owe.

    I am the co-signer on thr÷ student loans with Firstmark Services. I recieved a interest statement for a loan that I pay the lowest amount on. I called Firstmark Services because I never received that staments for the other two. They said that interest does not have to be reported to the IRS. I don't understand yhat interest was reported for one, but not the other two, the ones I pay the most money

    I have a firstmark student loan account. A few months ago I ran my annual credit account to see which loan providers I had student loans with (I have two degrees from two different universities so I have different providers). I saw that I have a firstmark account so I went to login to my account to see when my payments would be due. I just finished my second degree so I knew that I wasn't late yet. I tried calling the business multiple times to get account information and was always transferred to different people and was eventually told to simply submit an inquiry online. I submitted the inquiry and finally received a response in April telling me that there had been a system outage and to send over my information, which I did. I still never received login information but my credit (and my dad's, who co-signed) was dinged for a late payment. I am extremely frustrated because I have spent hours trying to be proactive to make sure that this account was setup. I was under the impression that payments started in may so I am very confused at what happened. I would like this removed from my credit report and am happy to pay the full balance of the loan.
