All services and balances performed and paid. May 6th the client was contacted to confirm satisfaction of services performed on 05/03 and client stated she was more than happy with services provided and confirmed the touch up service to be done on 05/24/2022. May 23rd We reached out again to confirm the appointment for 05/24 and client confirmed and sent a new deposit of $57.50 via the company's business zelle. On May 24th the client reached out via text to cancel due to Covid exposure and as stated on the company's website a same day cancellation results in a forfeited deposit and cancellation fee. Client requested to pay cancellation fee of $35 and sent it to the businesses zelle. On the day of cancellation the owner thanked and asked customer to reach out to book her touch up when client has received a negative test back. Client reached out May 26th via text stating: "Hello! So sorry again about my cancellation. My results came back. Everything came back negative. Do you have a moment to reschedule me? Or should I use your booking website?" We requested a Proof of Negative COVID-19 test to assure the safety of the owner and everyone else who will have with contact them. Client refused after threatening the company and asked to to receive no further communication from Ametrine Lash & Beauty Bar LLC & its owner(s). As a result, the company and its owners have decided to refund ***** **** on 06/06/2022 to the original payment method for the service deposit of $57.50 made on 05/23/2022 toward the service canceled on the clients behalf. Though this refund does go against the company's policies this is the final **** to satisfying the clients complaint. Ametrine Lash & Beauty *****************@gmail.com (XXX) XXX-XXXX
