Bought a used vehicle ******* from ***** at Real Deal Auto for $12,000. Within a week of purchasing the vehicle, engine lights were coming on and shortly after there was smells of burning oil which turns out a piece of the turbo needed to be replaced. I paid $100 to have this diagnosed at my personal mechanic who told me he did not work on Turbos. ***** told me he would get around to having his mechanic fix it. Real Deal Auto had my vehicle for 4 days. The part was $17 and they charged me nearly $400 for labor. Now, less than a week later, I have had further lights come on and had diagnostics run again for 02 censor and catalytic convertor. This car doesnt seem to have legitimately passed inspection and seems as though I was sold a lemon. ***** is not willing to make things right and I have already spent $600 in maintenance. Car was purchased on 9/12/23.

Infer what you will I won't say bad things about Real Deal Auto or ********************. If you plan to buy a used car here in ***** buy the service contract or dealer warranty. If you do, your car isn't being purchased "as is" and is therefore covered by ****** Implied Warranty for 4 years. ****** implied warranty has an easy form letter you can send to get your car fixed or returned to the dealer if for instance the transmission, radiator, catalytic converter, muffler and sway bars have to be replaced and the dealer tells you to go pound sand hypothetically. Especially if the car was purchased 8 months ago and has only been sitting in my aged mothers garage since hypothetically of course. Additionally if someone refuses your certified mail there's no reason you can't continue legal proceedings so long as you can prove that you tried to reach the other party and bonus, they wont know when the court date is. I of course do not wish to imply that Real Deal Auto doesn't sell good cars. This is only advice to CYA in case the worse happens to you. Personally I hope this helps others thinking of buying a used car and that it helps me get in contact with ******************** as he has been hard to reach recently.

This vehicle was purchased on 5/2022 and comes with a standard *********** INSPECTION ITEMS ONLY for 30 days or ***** Miles whichever comes first. He's now complaning about his vehicles over eight Months later so he was told to follow up his complaints with ASC the ************************** He also lsited on Google.com a 1 star review with NO BASIS... I guess some people think we must Marry them when they purchase a USED CAR... I hope life gets better for you... Misery lives with misery.... Take responsibility! Be grateful I advised you to purchase an Extended Warranty!!! My Attorney is waiting for your continued Litigation!!!!

If Real Deal Auto would accept their mail perhaps whatever misunderstanding is causing the issue could be resolved. As for the basis of my one star review it stems from the after purchase assistance we've received. Additionally Real Deal Autos' attitude over my trying to contact him has been insulting as every ******** post ive uploaded has been met with their mirth as they laugh as me, literally. As per the Bill of Sale im only allowed to do maintenance and repairs through Real Deal Auto "Repairs or servicing replacements under the warranty will be made at Real Deal Auto" which is very challenging as ******************** has stated via text message that Real Deal Auto will never touch my car again. An obvious breach and as outlined by the bill of sale "if the seller fails to perform its obligation under the warranty, buyer shall give seller written notice of such failure sent by registered or certified mail to sellers last known business address" Under the assumption that Real Deal Auto continues to dodge my attempts to reach them on an official channel i will continue with civil action.
