Bought a used vehicle ******* from ***** at Real Deal Auto for $12,000. Within a week of purchasing the vehicle, engine lights were coming on and shortly after there was smells of burning oil which turns out a piece of the turbo needed to be replaced. I paid $100 to have this diagnosed at my personal mechanic who told me he did not work on Turbos. ***** told me he would get around to having his mechanic fix it. Real Deal Auto had my vehicle for 4 days. The part was $17 and they charged me nearly $400 for labor. Now, less than a week later, I have had further lights come on and had diagnostics run again for 02 censor and catalytic convertor. This car doesnt seem to have legitimately passed inspection and seems as though I was sold a lemon. ***** is not willing to make things right and I have already spent $600 in maintenance. Car was purchased on 9/12/23.

You purchased a used vehicle. You brought this vehicle to a local Garage and was told it needed a Turbo. You then called me and we realized the diagnostic was wrong, it was just a turbo line gasket. The part was minimal but the Labor was a few hours. Total cost under $400. This was done last week, last week of October. We dropped our Schedule to get you in right away. In fact my mechanic stayed very late one night to get your vehicle done. He spent probably five hours but you were charged less. Now on November 3 you called because your check engine light is on, not an inspection item in our County. An O2 Sensor which is minimal. Also code 420 or 430 is relevant to the O2 sensor. Since you started to get disrespectful I decided to not help you going further. So now you can learn from your mistakes. I have zero tolerance from folks who are disrespectful period. Good luck and treat your next service provider with dignity and respect.
