  First time there, they only have one hour lane rental prices posted so as a first time attendee didn't know I could go for less time. No explanation or alternatives or explanations of how to use and access lanes provided at time of charge up front.Got up to lane took a bit to figure out how to use tablet to start game. Then found they had N0 Small ***** for children. Asked for 30 min refund since daughter couldn't play was told they don't do refunds and I could of got lane for any amount of time. Asked to speak to a manager. Was pointed towards front desk left daughter at lane. Was told there were no refunds by that woman and left standing at desk, turn around and all 3 staff are trying to convince my 6 yr old daughter she can play and is having fun. Including the manager who left me at front desk. Completely inappropriate behavior by adults with any child but especially when an adult is making a complaint. We left after 30 min. Daughter was hungry so had to get food there.I want refund for half the cost since we did not get proper information for optioms prior to the purchase. I strongly urge them to fix their posted options to accurately reflect available times for lane duration and retrain staff to not act as though one hour is the minimum. As well as explain prior to charge the sizes and ability level to those with small children. Finally training their staff the appropriate level and number of staff interaction with a child whoes parent is sent to a different location in the resteraunt whem they send patrons to the manager versus the management coming to the requesting patron.
