I placed an order for a shed and I paid $685 upfront for a delivery fee I went through the leasing company to buy the shed.Within a few days I had to cancel the order due to a medical emergency and I called ****** in the office and she said no problem she would send me back my deposit but she was keeping $245 of it because some of the things have been purchased already I don't feel this is fair because she still has the items and she can return them or she can use them on somebody else a shed shouldn't be charge for that because the money I sent was for delivery and since there's no delivery now she should be able to send back all of my money. And also that was on July 7 and today is July 22 and she still has not returned my money first she said she mailed it to the address of a vacant lot that where I was going to put the shed and she didn't use my mailing address which I clearly gave her on my order form and now she saying she emailed a second check to the mailing address back on July 20 and I still have not seen it and I called the post office and they said they've never seen that first check ever show up so I don't believe she's being honest at all I want a refund of all of my money $685.

Customer canceled her order.  Her quote specifically states that custom orders - the deposit is non refundable.  The deposit includes sales tax, the product, and the delivery fee.  The deposit is for 1/2 the total order.  As it is she went thru a lease to own in which the lease to own company did refund her fully.  But a portion that was paid direct to Ed's Sheds, we were generous but not obligated to refund anything, returned a portion of her deposit paid to Ed's Sheds.  Customer has been informed of all of this and why.  As it is $235.00 is the only amount retained when $1165.00 + could have been retained and she get nothing.  We had purchased much of the product pertinent to her building.
