On or around the second week in April I contacted lake region energy Regarding the replacement of a water heater. I received a quote And questioned a few of the items including a miscellaneous charge for $350 as well as electrical items as the wiring was already in place. I received the final bill, and it was actually very close to the quote, with one exception. She deducted 3.5 hours labor, but increased my labor rate from $99 to $149 HR. for the remainder. After 10+ years as a dodge oil customer I am to say the least disappointed.
