      Received a Notice of Delinquent Payment today for an Amount Due of $63.00. It is for a trailer that is in a secured locked storage area, well away from *************, and the trailer itself is under lock and key. I called the supposedly 'corporate number' this afternoon to learn from the lady who answered the phone, that she has owned the ************** number for over a year but is receiving calls asking for ** Parking *** and that it is a scam! My concern is the notice indicates the fee will be escalated on July 17th, 2022. Are we liable for this charge - neither us, or our trailer, have been in *************.

      Business: ** Parking Co.I was issued a citation by this company and fined $63 for " Vehicle parked in 2 spaces." It is a *****/gravel parking lot with no lines to indicate spots. When I parked, I was clearly between 2 cars. Who came and left after me, and their proximity to my car is out of my control. I would formally dispute the charge directly to the company, but I am not going to log onto their website and provide any personal information, as I suspect from all the prior complaints that this is a scam.

      On July 9th I and my party parked in the lot in ****************** on the corner of canal road and Avienda *******. at approcimately 6pm and paid for 2 hours. We had a incident wasy leaving dinner and the local police stopped us to ask us if we had witnessed a wreck that occured near where we were eating, we returned to our car at 8:08 pm and already had a parking ticket on our car, I did not notice it until we were driving and it flew off and were unable to recover it. The vehichle license plate # is ****** and I have been unable to locate how to deal with this ticket. I really feel that we paid our money and was heading back in time and was stopped by the police and was only minutes late. This just seems like a money grab to me.

      Received parking ticket after paying for parking, posting on dashboard and being directed where to park by their attendant. at 2:15pm on 2/15/2020 I parked in a private lot operated by FL parking company. I paid for parking at the self service meter, after driving around the lot I could not find any marked spaces to park in. when I saw an attendant, i asked if I could park in an unmarked space that did not have any no parking signs and received approval. The parking fee was $25. When i returned 1 hour later, i found a ticket on my windshield for parking in a drive isle. When I appealed the ticket, the company shows pictures of the car not in a drive isle, in a space that is out of the way and there are no signs indicating parking in the spot is not allowed. I've made numerous attempts to resolve with this company. They state I was blocking a boat. While there was a boat in a spot nearby, there was adequate space if the boat owner needed to move the boat. If this space is disallowed from parking, they should not be directing customers to park there or allowing parking passes to be purchased. I feel like they intentionally did this to generate a ticket, perhaps their employees are incentivized on generating revenue from tickets. they also doubled the $25 fine 3 days after the ticket was written to $50 even though I'm disputing the citation.

      Only allows payment at pay device for one hour with no posting that you must return every hour to pay again or you will be fined Also no ****************** parking at ** Parking Co lot to eat at ******************** in ******** I paid the maximum amount allowed to pay it only allowed payment until 8:01 pm. No signs saying you must return to pay every hour. Im handy cap and paid the most the meter would allow me to pay and at 8:11 they already issued me a fine. They are scam artist. When i called about the issue the woman on the phone did not care that i was *** and said you have to pay every hour and that they did not have to comply with ***************, nor did they have to post info informing parking customers to return to pay every hour.Also she refused to give me any info to speak to any management nor corporate office info.She just threatened to file against me on my credit reporting burro if I did not pay. So I was forced to pay additional parking fees. SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!!!

Signage verifying this is posted on each meter.  Each of our meters are set as a either a flat rate for the day or an hourly rarte that can be increased and decreased as needed.       This company is a complete scam. For the 4th of July weekend we made a trip to ****************, *******. As expected, arriving there at 10:30am, all of the municipal parking was full, so we looked around and found this location (an abandoned bank parking I guess). It said pay by plate.The kiosk was so bad with buttons almost non operational, press and press repeatedly. We tried a couple of times until we entered all info, CC and got through. And yes the machine has a sticker saying NO RECEIPT WILL BE PROVIDED. So, you have no immediate proof to place on your cars dashboard. There was a ridiculous amount of $44 (40+4 in tax?) which we paid by CC. We went to the beach got back in 4 hours or so to find a parking violation (NOT STATE ISSUED) mentioning we didnt pay the fee and now owed a fine along with the parking fee. I checked my CC and it clearly went through and so I ignored it. They now even sent me a mailed violation stating the same $63.Violation #******** Date 07/02/2022 13:33:12

The plate number entered was JUC3424 which did not match the plate on the vehicle which is why the enforcement software did not recognize a payment. All kiosks have the option of a text receipt by entering your phone number in to the system. Any citation can be appealed by going to the website listed on the ticket.       Parked in a gravel parking lot behind Zone ***************************************. Paid $27.50 to park, yes it's higher than other spots, but I was already there. Come back to my car a few hours later and violation ticket for taking up 2 spaces, there are no lines, only plastic tire/curb stops. Looking around lot I'm thinking this has got to be a Tic Toc prank. There are many cars parking lot with no lines

      On 7/14/22 we briefly parked in a lot behind the ********* in ********** Beach. When we returned to our car, much to our surprise, we had been issued a citation (39297606) of $63 for "parking in 2 spaces". This is a dirt lot with no lines and we parked between 2 cars that were already parked on either side of us. There was no extra space between us and them, and we didn't take up an additional space. I filed an appeal and it was denied. They said we could've parked in front of one block only. However, this is completely untrue. We parked between 2 cars that were already parked (can be seen in the pic). There was no additional space to move right or left. Besides that, parking blocks are not generally used for marking exact parking spaces. They should have a sign if they intend to ticket people based off imaginary lines. Also, we were charged $22 without even having a choice. There was no indication of cost to park before charging our card. We were only there briefly and were looking for a spot with an hourly charge. We would have left and found another parking lot has we known it would be $22. As evidenced by your own pictures, especially the last one, we parked between 2 cars that were already parked on either side of us. There was no extra space between us and them. No lines are marked and we didn't take up an additional space. Also, we were charged $22 without even having a choice. There was no indication of cost to park before charging our card. We were only there briefly and were looking for a spot with an hourly charge. We would have left and found another parking lot has we known it would be $22. We had no choice once it was paid, but it was disheartening. It's not nice to scam people that come to this town and who fairly and voluntarily contribute to the economy without being forced by con artist.

      On 7/14/22 we parked in a dirt parking lot with no lines, between 2 existing parked cars, checked all signage to make sure we were parking correctly, verified with the attendant, who watched us park that we could pay at either of their kiosks. We paid for the parking (almost $3 more than the posted amount. When we returned, we had citation ******** for an additional $63 for "vehicle parked in 2 spaces". I approached 2 attendants who explained that spaces are marked by rubber blocks on the ground in front of where each car is to park. They advised if not paid they would turn over to collection agency and ruin your credit, and of an an online appeal process, which we completed and had it denied 2 days later. 1) It's a dirt lot with no spaces. 2) Not all spaces they use have the rubber blocks, only those on the edges. 3) There's no signage explaining/warning of this rule for parking even though there are other signs. 4) The attendants watched us park and said nothing about this. 5) There were no instructions/warnings in the kiosk instructions. Everything about this encounter seems very "shady", bait you in, then slap you with an outrageous and unwarranted citation.

      I received the ticket in ******** ******* on ************************** was told the part there buy a parking attendant, I'm a disabled veteran with the disabled veteran tag. There was a sign that said public parking as well but no way to pay at a machine that I could find. The attendance that I could park there with my disabled veteran tag, with no problem.
