I worry about the reliability of the vehicle. I have had it since June of 2023 and since I have purchased the vehicle, I have had nothing but issues. It has now been towed twice back to the dealership for engine issues. I have tried to reach out to many different people to try and get this resolved with no luck. I have 2 small children that rely on my transportation along with getting myself to and from work. The first time that I brought the car in was July 2023 (mileage was 5000) for the engine overheating, it was fixed late September and back in October with the engine shaking and check engine light on. It then was "fixed" and went back in March with the same check engine light and engine shake, I changed my tires to see if that would help with the shake per the dealership request and it did not, I came back in April twice and then May. It has now been towed from my home to the dealership once again pending some resolution from here. It has been at the dealership for 80+ days with these engine issues. I have been fighting with the reliability of my vehicle since I first purchased it and have had no luck with it. My fear is being left somewhere with my 2 small children without a vehicle, again. I am requesting Wagoneer or Bessey's purchase the car back from me so I can have dependability back for myself and my family. The service department has been a nightmare to work with in regard to getting them to fix the vehicle. I have been promised a call back a few times and I have got nothing. I have also made the attempt to get Bessey's to repurchase the car this vehicle as it has failed me so many times. At this point I am really upset with this company and its unwillingness to help. My car has been their time and time again for the same repair attempt. In all honesty, I don't believe my concerns are being taken seriously nor do I believe they are actually test driving the vehicle as it is STILL not driving as it should. It still shakes during acceleration.

5/28/24 to 6/04/24 First attempt to fix my Jeep Wrangler- loss of power steering, "service shifter" light, "no bus" light, loss of power to the vehicle entirely. Replaced auxiliary battery cost to me $464.13 6/06/24 to 6/11/24 repeat issue. Replaced clock spring at no cost to me (warranty coverage?) 6/14/24 to 6/26/24 repeat issue. Replaced star connector. 6/27/24 to 7/12/24 same issue occurred. No paper work given this time. ****************** stated they replaced some "lines" Vehicle towed back to dealership on 6/13/24 for repeat issue. ************************ has been contacted. Star case is open #******** Dealership Manager placed me in a used Jeep Wrangler in hopes I would be open to purchase due to not being able to repair mine. Manager states he would put my Jeep in an auction in hopes to get his money back if I were to trade it in, offering me less than booking value because they cant find the issue to be repaired. I should not be faulted on the value of my vehicle because they cant repair it. I do not want to purchase a vehicle of lesser value, roll over more money on to my current loan and pay another registration fee for a vehicle I do no want. I stated to the manager I either want my vehicle to be repaired or replaced with the exact make, model and motor without being charged extra.I have lost multiple days work without my vehicle and haven't been able to be a caretaker for my father who is sick with stage 4 cancer.

My vehicle was repaired at their facility and had the radiator, transmission cooler, and power steering cooler replaced. About 2 months after the repair, I had engine coolant leaking into the transmission from the radiator cooker. Transmission started to fail shifting. Their paperwork state that they guarantee the work for life of vehicle. I showed them a Transmission fluid sample that was contaminated with coolant. Besseys had the truck towed to their shop. They feel it was defective radiator. The truck has been there for over 3 weeks now and they are doing nothing. They said they would fix it, but it still sets there. They didn't offer transportation or compensation for my loss of use. I'm 72 years old with a wife that has stage 4 breast cancer. I use this truck to do some "towing for pay" to supplement my social security. Please help us out. The amount below is what they charged for original repairs.

Bessey Motors guarantees our workmanship in the repair process. This does not guarantee defective parts that we obtain from suppliers. There is a warranty on the parts that we install, and there is a process that needs to be followed for these warranties to provide coverage. ******************** had his vehicle for almost 2 months after our repairs were completed. The vehicle was driven ****** miles after we replaced the radiator. It is unfortunate that the radiator failed within this mileage. We are working with our vendor and the customer's insurance company to resolve this as quickly as possible. We had ordered an OE radiator from General Motors but we notified that it is backordered. We have another radiator on order from another supplier. ETA is 9/26. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

The truck has now been at Bessey's for over a month since they had it towed in there. I was told the radiator was on its way and was due there last Friday, then told it would be there Monday. Now told its on backorder. They said after the new radiator was installed it would go to local gm garage for transmission flush and hope for best. Body shop Mgr., ************************* told me that if it still failed that they (Bessey's) would file a claim on their insurance. I'll wait to see how this shakes out before I want the complaint closed out.
