      Bought a 2020 gmc from them. Have returned it 4 times and they say they cant figure out why the brakes pulsate. We suggested a warped ***** and asked them to replace again. We have not heard bay from them in over a week now!

      Vehicle was dropped off in perfect working condition for a routine oil change (free with our package upon purchasing the vehicle). We received the vehicle and drove it approximately 10 miles before there was a failure. They retrieved the vehicle and determined what needed to be done. Then charged me $400+ for the repair (a repair that wasnt needed at initial drop off), left me without a vehicle for a week and did not have a loaner vehicle to offer **** went back in for an oil leak and it turned out the valve cover gasket that they repaired continued to leak. Were now looking at $750+ in repairs to components that were damaged due to their negligence.They did refund the cost of our SECOND REPAIR of the valve cover gasket (which they admitted shouldnt have even needed to be done again this soon).I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Not one mechanic in this place seems to know what they are doing.
