I ***************************** called Elmer B H38**3132**323135**H & Sons at Sunset ***** in ********** The dates they came down to my home Jan 25 2022/Feb 3/ Feb 17/ Feb 24. and charged me a **** of ******. I called them because my furnace needed a cleaning, and I expected it to be done correctly I call them several times and left a message. My name and number. Finally I kept telling them my furnace was not working properly . Pleas send someone down. They finally did send someone down which made it worse then ever. I kept calling them even called repeatedly. Sometime I would get Don**;s H38**3132**323135**H cell number but was hung up. did not speak. I kept contacting them. they kept ignoring me and on the last time I called they sent someone down again and then it was worse then ever this tiem. ********************* came with him and when they left they put my furnace up on 85. After awhile I went and looked and my furnace was up on ********************************************************* awake pounding, shaking all over. So I kept calling them, and **** sent someone down again and all he did was look in my doorway and said leave it alone. Let it go sure what it does it was worked. Afraid then it baded. Rattle something loose and kerosene would get on the hot parts and would catch afire or blow up. While I was in Bed. I was afraid, worried, scared, nervous, upset, making me have anxiety attacks and affecting my heart rate and *********************. I called up and a woman answered. I told her it was making such a noise. sounding like someone pounding with a base ball bat. Bang Bang Bang Repitidley would not stop. She said I dident know that & said I left several messages and I awoke during night and had to open my dooor. Ther was so much carbon monixide in my house. I couldn**;t breathe I called them told them I had to turn it off. I would not work and had to call **** cell number. and he did not answer. Finally he answered said I**;m not coming down there again and said he amables. and I said Ill have to see about that it is cold here are making it was only 20 degrees in my house so cold. I got sick, went to dr at Cahenant here is Ellworth and was given meds and I was so stuffed up I had hard time breath. shortness of breath and all and I had COPD on breathing apparatusis,. Inhalers everything. They knew then I told them. that I was shaking all over even inside my body. I was so sick getting that carbon monixide, I went to Blue *********************** and was treated there, then I went to MVM Hospital Ellworth Mine I told H38**3132**323135**Hs my furnace takes a .40 hozzel scara bon. to much build they refuse to fix my furnace after I even told he**;s about it. It was equered. I was cold and covered up with blankets Day and nights had to stay in Bed. So cold I could not take a bath, or wash my hair. I still believe he treated my furnace since Feb. 24 They refuse to repair the damage they did to my furnace. and no one else will touch it where they gumped it up and tampered with it. I called about 10 other places. They would not touch it. Said H38**3132**323135**Hs would be reliabiltiy for that and they would not do my furnace. Eastons refused. It is still cold in this old trailer, I need my furnace fixed. I**;ve even called fuel assistance and they said that are not reliable to fix it. But they would give me a new heating samples assistance and Im not paying for something they broke or grumped up. No way. But Is still not workingBusiness response

Our company did make several service calls at the home of *****************************. We were trying to find and repair any furnace problems each time that ****************** called. The communication and work conditions with this customer have been most difficult. Yet we continued to go each time upon her request. The nozzle was changed twice with the correct nozzle each time and the door filter replaced. The furnace and heat were inspected. There was a discussion with ****************** about uncovering the floor heat grates so that the heat could be dispersed more evenly. The furnace was running properly with each service call. On 2/24/22, the call came in that the furnace was not working. Our technician went yet again and ****************** met him at the door and said it was now running and not to come in but then requested he check the amount of fuel in her oil tank. The last request from ****************** was 3/23/22. The customer was demanding our licensed technician put in an incorrect nozzle for her furnace. He showed her the Manufacturer tag on the furnace explaining the correct nozzle size. ****************** became verbally volatile that our technician would not do as she said. It is at this time our technician left. Our office spoke with ****************** and told her we were unable to work for her anymore. We suggested she reach out to another local company of which there are several. We are sorry that ****************** feels that our work has not been correct. We disagree as our licensed technicians work according to Maine ********** codes and would not leave a furnace in an unsafe manner. Our technician did not specifically see a carbon monoxide detector, but ****************** told our office she had one and that it had not gone off at any time. It became apparent this could not be resolved in a manner that was satisfactory to *****************. There is an amout due of $370.55 and we will leave it up to ****************** whether she chooses to pay this or not. As previously stated, we are not able to work for ****************** anymore.
