Bought my 2019 Jeep Renegade from there. Had a couple of things worked on it before the warranty wore off. Well they still dont work right. And now I had to bring it in for a recall of a seatbelt sensor. In the process of taking the front seats out the snapped a bolt on the passenger seat. It was scheduled for 9. They didnt get it in until later. So they had to keep it over night. I kept having to call them to see what was going on. Your car is out of warranty so were waiting on Chrysler to call us back. They said that one bolt was rusted. I couldnt see my car because it was in the shop. I kept getting the run around. Then they said that they dont have loaners and I couldnt have a rental unless I paid for it myself. Now theyre keeping it a week because the bodywork department has to fix it. Called the ***** number for Chrysler. Got the runaround there. They will call me tomorrow to see about getting me a rental and I have to watch for their call. So I had to go ******** to find a ride for work. So now I get to ride with a stranger and have my poor mom come back to get me.

I scheduled an appointment for my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo to have the spark plugs replaced. At the time I scheduled the appointment the woman I spoke to in the service department gave me an estimate of $571.00 and scheduled my appointment for two weeks from that date. When I arrived the day of my scheduled appointment I talked to the service manager to let him know I had arrived. He asked if I knew what the cost of the plug replacement would be and I told him the amount I was quoted when I scheduled the appointment. He said that cost would hardly cover the 3 hour service fee to do the job. After calling the parts ***** and getting the price of the plugs and gaskets he then told me the cost would be $945.00 and that they didnt have the gaskets so I would have to reschedule. This is the second time I have come in for a scheduled appointment and been told they couldnt do the work. My time also cost money. They chronically overbook appointments and make people wait for long periods or have to reschedule. I will find a different dealer to have the work done. Their service department is always changing employees. Every time Ive gone there its all new people. Terrible customer service.

This place is the worst! How are they still in business. Its so sad the amount of people they have taken Advantage of. They ripped me off so bad. They intensionally sold me a lemon. *************** the owner was awful and never tried to help or get back to me. I would never ever buy a car from here again and I strongly suggest no one buy one there either. My car has so many things wrong with it. Im in the hole for $17 thousand dollars. I pray someone can help me make this right and help me to stop *** from being able to do what they did to me to anyone else. I cant believe we live in a world where people can do what *** has done to me. ??

Please carefully read the reviews because the experience of us all are quite similar. I purchased a PT Cruiser from *** and it issues from the jump. The cars are usually from an auction and they do the minimum necessary to make it road ready. Even though this car ran (barely) from the time I got it when I said they could go ahead and take it back they told me I could pay to have it towed to their auction house in Bangor. I sent it to scrap because I could not in faith hook another person with this car. Their financing is predatory and they manage to stay legally above the guidelines. Really a shame that more consumers in desperate situations have to suffer such a poor dealership and business practices.

At the time going through this dealership was my only option. From the beginning I had issues with the vehicle. AC stopped working (it was never fixed properly), doors couldnt be opened from the inside, transmission needed to be replaced, cracked radiator, coolant fan doesnt work.I am at the point where I am getting behind in car payments due to having to pay for all these repairs. I am currently trying to trade my current vehicle in. No dealership can work with me. I know my credit isnt great but I have a co-signer and money down. I owe too much on my current vehicle and its market value isnt enough.I reached out to to this dealership again this morning, reluctantly and explained my current situation. I spoke to the manager. His response to me was that it was going to be too difficult to get me into a new car. So Im stuck. This dealership sold me this vehicle and now even they will not help me.

This dealership has contributed to my inability to get out from my current vehicle. Not to mention it wasn't even the original car that I did purchase. When my Jeep Patriot got totaled in an accident, lee dodge gave ke no choice in a replacement car. They gave me a 2014 Jeep Compass and told me that was the only comparable vechile to a Patriot. 3 years later it has cost me over 9k in repairs, I have told the dealer that the car is a lemon, they offer no help at all. STAY AWAY FROM LEE DODGE

I recently went too *** in Westbrook to look at a 2014 camry se. I needed a vehicle that was more cost effective than my truck and the camry seemed like it was a perfect fit for what I needed. I went up on Thursday to look at it and when I went in I was greeted by some great sales people and to make a long story short we found out the car wasn't even at the Westbrook location. So after an hour drive there we could only go as far as the paperwork. Drove another hour home and another hour up the next day (friday) I and my parents looked at the car and everything seemed fine but there was no sunroof like the advertisement said. I brought this to the sales people who then brought it to some douche who was above them and he said all he could do because they already have to much invested in the vehicle is take $100 dollars off. So now I've taken 2 trips up to see this car its missing a 900 dollar accessory and they only take 100 off? After being so discouraged with the whole situation I didn't even want to drive home in it I had my dad drive. Halfway home he moves the seat back and come to find out the car does not have a power driver seat which it says in the add it does. Another 400 dollar option this car does not have. It's clear false advertising and I feel as though the money the options would have cost should have been taken off the total price of the car (the cost of the options I have screenshotted from they're add on the car) I even asked if he would knock 500 off the ***** dollar price tag and ill take it. Yes I still took it but I felt as though my back was against the wall considering they had run my credit 4 times and I needed a car before the new year starts. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this place and at minimum if your in a bind and they are your only option. Research the car and read the add thoroughly and then look at every inch of the car before you sign that paperwork. Do not purchase from this location.
