      I ordered product online and discovered the ship date was too far out. I called Customer Service at 1 (800) 253-65** to change the shipping method. They told me it could not be changed. I asked for a Supervisor and they hung up on me. I called back, asked for a Supervisor’s and they hung up on me again. I called back a third time to a different department (option 1) and asked Jose for a Supervisor’s and was hung up on a third time. WHAT THE *ell IS GOING ON!!!???

      Amway is a company of excellence. It always has been. There are no better products in terms of highest quality than their products. As for pricing many people do not consider the quality nor the cost-per-use, which is clearly superior to store-brand names. If, for example, a store-brand product is priced at $10.00 and lasts 30 days, the comparable Amway product might carry a price tag of $15.00 but it will last 60-80 days. This means that your cost-per-use is half. And the quality of the Amway product is higher than any non-Amway product I've been able to find in the world. As for the few complaints that Amway is a scam, that is akin to carrying around a gym card for four years, doing nothing but complaining that your results are dull.
