1 starTotal c*** They took my money for ******** service, then when it doesn't work, won't refund me. It's been less than 24 hours since I purchased the service, and I've been hung up on by both the autoanswer and the human, multiple times. *******'s auto answer flat out refuses to take calls. I just got hung up on by a call center after asking the *** to escalate. I wasn't angry with her, I needed a higher up to deal with my issue and I told her that. Then she hung up on me and sent me to the survey system. There's a joke. If you're satisfied, press 1 to go to the survey, if not, press 2 and goodbye.I wish I could give zero stars.Review fromCarl P

1 starMy son had a head on collision in my 08 Dodge ram 1500. No airbags deployed. I complained to Stellantis, who sent a third party out to the truck to pull details from the so called Black box. Nothing recorded. Now they refuse to explain why the airbags never deployed. Never in an accident from new.Review fromElisa T

1 starI want everyone to be aware of ram and their sub-par work and lack of care for customers. I have a 2020 ram 1500 with ****** miles, I've had to have the manifold replaced multiple times, I've dealt with the rear window leak that all rams seem to have and now the paint is falling off around the windshield and between the fender/ hood. I have taken the truck to gator Chrysler, who say it's not covered because it's over 3 years ****** miles. There is a "corrosion warranty " but they say paint falling off isn't corrosion. Apparently corrosion is only rust, i said give it a few months and it will be rust since there isn't any paint left which they replied and said it still wouldn't be covered because the paint fell off and that's why it rusted.I've been in contact multiple times with ram cares, and frankly they don't care. This is my fourth and last ram I will ever own. The truck still has the factory windshield and has never been wrecked. If your ok with paying 60k for a truck and the paint only lasting 4 years, then go ahead.Review fromKathy R

1 starI have a 2014 Dodge Challenger. Recently I discovered that I have a fuel tank leak. After investigating I found out that the 2013 and 2015 Dodge Challenger has a recall for the exact same part. After speaking with a customer service *** and being told that recalls have to do with the *** number and I was told this from the dealer as well, I was advised to call the manufacturer. wanted to speak to someone to find out why 2014 was skipped as a recall. I called at least 8 times today and never spoke to anyone that could help. I was literally on the call with a person that never even said hello. I could even hear their cell phone in the background ringing. This is by far the worst customer service ever. I just wanted an explanation. Do better hiring and being attentive to customers.Review fromAnthony R

1 starMy last 4 vehicles have been rams / jeeps. The last lease (2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee), was leased through Stellantis. For some unknown reason, renewal of my plates on this vehicle requires the submission of a POA. Nether Stellantis nor the dealer can tell me why. My credit rating is excellent. I am on Auotopay. I can not get an answer. Suffice it to say, I will no longer do business with Stellantis in any way, shape, or form.Review fromMercedes R

1 starI have a 2018 JEEP Grand Cherokee with an eco diesel. In late March my deaf tank sensor went out. I have been waiting since March for a replacement part. I have made a case with Jeep, but they keep pushing back the order date due to supplier issues! No big update on when the part will be able to be replaced! **************** is horrible as they offer no solution to my issue other than saying they are working hard to find a supplier but I dont think keep is working on the issue at all!Review fromrobert a

1 starthere customer service department is a joke....there lack of returning phone calls, lack of initiating phone calls, and or plane giving a proper, not text book answer is horrible. i had a rear suspension coil fall of my car at 71 MPH... it was a recall item i belive i knew nothing about, and there ability to NOT assist me with car rental, loner car, gas, ***** etc. was near to existent. i had to initiate almost all conversations, and they never returned calls or gave updates as they said they would....it was 100% there problem, and they acted like they were doing me a favor, and the lack of NOT covering some costs , because of policy, when they should take each case on a "case by case" order.....its the first, and possibly the last jeep i'll ever own.....unacceptable..Review fromJoe L

1 starIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. I don't know how they're still in business, especially with ****** the sales manager who is horrendous. I had the worst buying experience ever there. Between the ******* sales manager and the dope of a salesman. I went to take a Jeep grand Cherokee for a test drive. The salesman told me to stop at the *********** and put $5 of gas in the tank. This was crazy and extremely unprofessional to me. After going back to purchase the truck. I was told that there was 2 people in front of me for the finance department and to come back at 7 ******** I went back at 6:45. They gave me the runaround and stalled. The finance lady told me that she told the salesman to call me and to go back another day because she was too backed up. The salesman ***** ******* did not call me. I was at the dealership until 11 ******* pm. As I was talking to the finance lady, they were trying to charge me a window etching charge. This was a used vehicle and that charge was already paid for. She called the sales manager, ******. He told her " make the deal, don't make the deal. I don't give a f*** I'm tired and I wanna go home". Because of their incompetence, I was there until 11 PM at night and they made it seem like it was my fault that they were there that late when it was in fact their own fault. The salesman ***** ******* also promised me a second key as they only had one key. This was of course, another lie. He also asked me for a ride to the bus stop. This dealership is extremely unprofessional and not willing to work with their customers. Buying a car should be somewhat fun, with this dealership It was nothing but aggravating. I would stay very far away from this dealership. There's plenty of other dealerships that will treat you fairly. This is definitely not one of them. I should have listened to the reviews that I read. I'm writing this review to inform people so they do not have the same terrible experience that I had.Review fromHolly L

1 starI purchased my brand new 2024 Dodge ******* in late July 2024. As we were almost done signing papers, I was given one that I needed to sign because the vehicle had a window damaged and I would need to bring it back to the dealership to have it replaced (ding one on my CarFax). I finished signing papers and hopped in the car and left. I began to notice several issues with the paint on the vehicle. I called the dealership and had to take it to their body shop to get an appt set up to fix the issues, which did not happen (ding two on my CarFax). There are places all over that had some kind of dirt or debris in the paint, the back hatch was not aligned (and the paint has now rubbed off in multiple spots), the doors are not appropriately aligned, and worst of all he said there is no way he could even attempt to fix it because the paint was applied so badly. On multiple sections the paint thickness had significant variances and in some areas there was barely even any paint coverage. I called the dealer to make them aware and they told me that he knew their body shop would not do the work and that I would need to take it somewhere else to get an estimate! To say I was livid leaving the dealership is an understatement! So I again took a whole day off work and drove to FOUR body shops who all refused to even attempt to fix my vehicle. I finally found one, Bakers Collision, who was willing to attempt it. I took this quote and all the information to the dealership and have still yet to hear ANYTHING about getting my vehicle fixed. Fast forward to about 6 weeks ago, I was in a car accident. My car is still sitting there because it needs a wire harness (Part ********AB) and they have been told it is on backorder. When I called the dealership to see if there was anything they could do to expedite getting the part I was told the part is out of stock until possibly the end of November if not longer!
