      I was strictly shopping around for auto loans, and came across **** of America's auto loan preapproval form, I summitted it on two occasions, months apart, and decided to not go with them. This preapproval form said it would not hurt my credit but it did. I now have two hard inquiries on my credit report, that have proven extremely difficult to remove. The dates of these inquiries are 2/4/2022 and 12/18/2021. I did not authorize these hard inquires on my report. I have tried to contact them about this, no representative knows what to do or how to help and I have gone in circles for weeks trying to fix this.

      I was strictly looking for credit options to purchase an auto loan, and I came across Ally Financial. I submitted a preapproval form that specifically said will not harm your credit report or score, and of Feb. 4th of 2022, my credit report was pulled and now I have a unauthorized hard credit pull from Ally Financial that has proven very difficult to remove. I have called their number listed on my credit report, and it says no longer in use, and I have not been able to contact anyone regarding this.

      Ally financial engages in criminal activities. They harassed my grandmother while she was receiving chemo in the hospital. We never added her contact to the account. Inorder to find her contact they had to understand ours hadnt change. There was nl new information this was criminal. They were a horrible business to work with through the pandemic. Ally financial is Unamerican

      My name is Pazlyn ****** on 4/28/22 I contact ally auto financial regarding my car payment I explained I was having some financial difficulties at this time need to know if they have any hardship help I was inform by the customer agent they do she states if I pay $****** within 9 days and pay I believe $111.00 by June 1/2022 than my next full payment would be due by 7/2/22 I told her I will pay the $****** on 5/6/2022 she explain to me if I dont keep the above agreement as stated it will be cancelled , I agree and we said good bye .On 5/5/22 I got an alert from my on line credit alert that my credit score went down by ***** points it depend on which bureau , so I check and there was a late payment added to the by ally financial for my car , I was really upset because I am working very hard to keep a good credit score for personal reason I called Ally they I explain to the agent what happened he she just kept saying I was late so I asked them why didnt some one explain to me if I dont pay the pay before the 30 days that even though am making the arrangement it would still report to the credit bureau I am making the payment since august I never had a 30 days late if I was given an option had they informed me I had enough time to get the money together I would have asked family friend but because they gave me the option to make the arrangement not informing me it would be reported to the credit bureau .I finally spoke to a agent in collection he agrees with me when I told him had I informed of the above I would have made a better decision he told me to pay the ****** and then call back in the afternoon on Friday and explain to the agent and he is putting notes on my account so they can see . When I call back 5/6/22 I was told there is nothing they can do i was told the only thing they can do is review the call to see if I was given consent and thats going to take 30 days so as of now my score fell all the way down for a mistake that she agent fail to disclosed

      Requested a cancelation of my policy which required Ally to refund me the sum of ******** . I submitted requirements to recieve my refund and it's been well over 20 days and was only supposed to take 10 days. I have spoken to 2 individuals with Ally both assuring me they closed the account and refunded my money but I have not yet to receive my funds. Policy number is ********* for the account in reference to my case with Ally

      i gave ***** **** to pay off ally and then ***** held the money and ally keeps fixing the credit report but then they keep reverting it back so i am filing on both of them and this is 2 years later..... can they just delete this whole account? i am getting really ****** off!!!!!! i am trying to buy a house for the past 2 years and companies like this keep messing me up!!!!! i am about to file small claims on both of them

      I called ********* today to dispute an issue and the call went south very quickly. The representative told me in order to file a dispute I just need to click on the transaction so I did. However, there wasnt a way to dispute it once I clicked on it from my mobile app, so he told me to go into my browser and do it. I had trouble remembering my password but was able to change it while he was on the phone. He started asking me my security questions which was fine but because I gave him the questions with the answer, he said, Let me ask the questions. He locked me out of my account when I told him I was taking my money to Chase if they could not help me with a simple request. Apparently this is how they do business. I gave him all of my correct information but because I interrupted his script he retaliated. I called back to talk to a different representative and that guy did not help me either. I answered all my information correctly but he repeated my phone number back to me WRONG twice then said he could not help. I know this was the same guy I talked too and he was still playing his little game. Now I cannot get to my money in the middle of a move nor finish a dispute to get a refund from a company charging me three times in one day. Ally is online so I have no way to walk into a bank to fix this issue and have to keep calling until a decent human being helps me. I want the company to call me immediately and unlock my account and let me get my own money!

      They took repossession of our vehicle on Friday, 4/29/22 even with payment scheduled They took our car out of state to a location in bad neighborhood - so bad, that one of their tow drivers was literally shot in the face while working at the location our car was placed at this past Tuesday So, on 4/29 we drove an TWO HOURS out of state with 2 small children to try and obtain a few of our personal belongings that Friday 4/29 (kids medicine, phone, wallet and our kids soccer balls) and they would not release to us until we made payment We let them know to note our file that we would be making a payment on Thursday 5/5/22 or Friday 5/6/22 and they said no worries, you have 15 days before we send to auction We actually ended up making a payment last night Wednesday, 5/4 earlier than they told us. They were closed last night so we called Ally this morning with our payment confirmation # - they said the release for the car would be in effect within 1 - 2 hours. 4 and 1/2 hours later and about 10 calls to Ally and the place that had our car the release was finally there. However, what no one told us during all these phone calls was that our car had been "prepared" for auction this weekend and that the tags and personal belongings were left at the bad area place and our car was taken to another location. These two places are 2 hours away from each other. The one place closes at 12 tomorrow and the other place is only open **** So we had to take off more time from work tomorrow in order to retrieve the car and park in parking lot, then run back to the other place 2 hours away to retrieve our personals and tags. complaints here: *Not honoring our payment scheduled and repoing the vehicle *Taking the car almost 2 hours away and out of our state *Not allowing us to retrieve our personal belongings *Sending our car to auction in 5 days when we were told we had 15 *Charging us $400+ dollars * conflicting information during each call to Ally and being hung up on several times

      On 11/11/2021 I (*******************************) crashed my car a 2016 ****** Corolla. I had purchased this vehicle with a loan from Ally Auto in 05/2021. My original balance with Ally Auto was $18,475. Once I had crashed the car, my insurance company (State farm) and my GAP coverage had taken over the situation completely. Around that time I got in contact with Ally and informed them of the situation an that I was no longer going to be paying for the car and not to charge me, that State Farm was going be in touch with them. In April of 2022 I received my GAP check for about $1800 this gave me a boost to finally have enough money to go buy another car. I went to the dealer ship and was tying to apply for another loan, but I kept getting rejected. So I had my sales man look into the situation further. Once he had come back, the man let me know that I still currently had an open loan with Ally Auto. From November of 2021 I had not heard from Ally Financial. Not by Email, SMS, or just regular mail. There were no notifications on my app to tell me that I still had a balance of $475.10, Ally had not charged my card that was on my file or tried to collect payment in any way. They simply only sent the payment to my credit score. When I reached out to Ally after finding this information out, the company was no help, they transferred me to 8 different departments in one call one time and still no one could help me. I was hung up on after hours of calling, I am still waiting for a manager to call me back and it has been 3 weeks. Once I had finally gotten some information from an Employee I was informed that Ally Financial had actually owed me $950. None of this makes sense to me how a loan can be open for so long and Ally is actually the one who owes me and somewhere someone messed up. Please help me find a solution this company is no help and I will be stuck if I "trust" them to help me.

      I paid my vehicle off March 24 and not only did they hold onto the check for a week before applying it to the loan. They said I was under investigation because it was a large amount. I over paid and now they keep giving me a run around on why I dont have my over pay or my gap pay. First they said it would be 18 business days now they said 60 days. No one can tell me why I dont have a refund or how much or anything there clueless and no one will call me back. There not willing to help. I need my money.
