Lawn Boys in Bangor, Michigan workers damaged my travel trailer while cutting the grass in my yard and then tried to deny it. Lawn Boys personnel were the only people on my yard. For background, the same workers damaged an electrical box at my house several years ago and did not confess to the damage until I complained to their office.

We explained numerous times ( when we could get a word in) to this customer that this damage was not caused by a mower. He told us we were the only ones on his property but that wasnt true as he had a driveway put in this summer and moved the trailer for this purpose. Also the trailer isnt even on site and he noticed the damage while off site. Customer started saying extremely offensive and racial comments about hispanics that i have recorded. We told him we would no longer do business with him after this conversation. In all the years of doing business my office staff has never had a more rude and racist customer.
