Worst experience ever! It feels like you’re being scammed waiting for your settlement check. I was hit on the highway by prioris’ insured driver and my 2014 q50 was totaled. I accepted the first settlement offer, KNOWING IT WAS TOO LOW, because I need the money as that is my only transportation and I have 2 young boys. I have already lost my job due to not having reliable transportation. La’sean M****, the adjuster, told me my check was mailed out Feb 7 and that “it USUALLY arrives by 3-7 days”. I waited 2 weeks and nothing. So I called her up and told her if she could re-send the check because I believed it was lost but she told me she didn’t want to do that because she “feared” the check would arrive after placing a stop on it and recommended I wait before canceling it just in csse, I agreed to wait. I called again 4 days later and asked what was going on and she gave me an attitude LIKE IF I WANTED TO TAKE TIME OUT OF MY DAY TO CALL HER, she blamed my local post office and told me to drive up there to figure it out before I tell her to cancel and re-send the check. By then it had been 3 weeks since the 7th and the p.o. Clerk told me to make sure they actually put it in the mail because there was nothing there for me and it had been 3 weeks. I called Ms. M**** and told her what he told me. She gave me an attitude again getting defensive! (Feb 27) I told her to just stop the check anyways so she can re-send it and she said it would take 3 days for approval… what??? It has now been 13 days and 4 days in a row that Ms. M**** doesn’t answer or returns my calls. I had to call Prioris’ office where I found out the check was JUST stopped this last Monday (10th) and hasn’t even been mailed yet! I need professional help in solving this issue as they say they cannot deposit the check to me or have it mailed to my nearest office where I could go sign for it. This has to be a scamming business.

I was hit by one of Prioris insured drivers and the communication with the adjuster is TERRIBLE. It took me 2 months to finally start the estimate process. Adjuster Mike W rarely returned my calls and when he finally did he told me he would send over the estimate which he never did. I called over 3 times in one week with no response. Until finally I left and irate voicemail and he said he was sorry he had been busy and had no idea why the estimate never sent out. How do you not know? Then he proceeds to argue and be difficult with the body shop and with me. He is rude, unprofessional, and condescending. He refused my request to speak to a supervisor or manager and made some really disrespectful comments. Do NOT insure yourself with this company and if you are dealing with them because one of their insured is at fault HIRE AN ATTORNEY! They are the worst

These kinds of companies shouldn't be allowed to operate. I am trying to reach the claims specialist since last 2 weeks. Always goes to her VM but never return calls. Very bad experience.

Communication is completely off. I have a claim for an accident that happened 2 months ago. I am a big communicator and I called and emailed more than once. I finally was able to get my claim completed and select the body shop for repair. Once that was done, I was set into a waiting status to hear back for the time to drop my vehicle off. Never did. I had to call the dealership myself to get the status of when I could drop my car off. Reading the comments below, i honestly fear the payment to the body shop once my car is ready to not made on time. The insurance company I actually have is called Insurescan which is a company written by _______ the  Insurance Inc in Huntsville, AL. The person that wrote my policy, Carla Hardin was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond for me to find a good policy ..so I thought. When it came down to renting a car while my car is in the shop, they told me they only REIMBURSE. Meaning, I have to pay a $300 deposit plus $378 for the duration of the repair then they will reimburse me. I have NEVER in my life heard of that and neither had Carla or a few other underwriters for Adcock & Frazier. I was very disturbed. I'm not sure who had $700 just sitting around to rent a car these days, but I don't. I called and I called only to speak to Tammy C who stated that  just began writing polices for ****** July 2024 which explains why they were completely clueless to the rental car policy. I can honestly say, out of my years of having a car that was involved in an accident, this is the first time i her the word REIMBURSE. It left me in a financial bind because i couldn't afford that. Also, i had a back injury on my lumbar 5 &6. I have to climb thru the passenger door to get inside the car. I am in constant pain. Something needs to be done about this. I would've never went with this company if I had known upfront. I need my car fixed and a rental ASAP. I have 4 kids as well.

Horrible, horrible experience. Do NOT use this company. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. My daughter was in an accident caused by their insured. Nightmare. They don't return calls. They don't do what they say they will. It's been 4 weeks since the accident. Our car is still not repaired. Over $3000 in storage fees waiting on them to do THEIR JOBS and crickets. We cannot get anyone to respond or take any meaningful action. Worst company ever!!!!To Prioris, if you return one of our many, many calls, and get our car fixed, maybe we'll retract our review. Meanwhile, I will make sure to tell everyone how HORRIBLE your company is.

This is the worst company ever. I made a claim 01/22/24 and its now 4 months later and I still have not got anything solved. I email and no reason. I have even called to talk to a supervisor but 2 months later I am still waiting. I have left message after message for him. It has got to the point that I call everyday and still no response. The only reason they have 1 star is because I had to

Prioris Claims Management handles the claims/payment for auto repairs for my car. The cost estimation was approved previously. The car repairing company has informed them that the car is ready for picking up once the proof of payment is provided. However, its been two days and we havent received any status updates nor timeline on when the proof of payment will be ready. We are in a frustrating situation that the car is ready but we are unable to pick up the car and we dont know when we can pick up our car. We also dont know when we can hear back from Prioris.
