I attended a webinar where a talent agent (*******) states they will be casting us (those in the webinar) starting today for roles in major productions. By the end of the webinar it came up that you need to join and onboard with them in order for that to happen. (Why I didnt see that as a major red flag - is beyond me). I onboarded and put my credit information in - the page I was on said it would be ***** a month or something close like that - when I saw my charges and receipt it said ***** paid and that my monthly bill will start on March 13 for the monthly charge. Although confused to that charge, I went onto my email (like the webinar said to) to get my ID and password to sign into my personal account that ********************** says they created just for me and start to enter the info that ******* (the talent person) said I needed to enter in order to start the casting process for either stranger things - final season, ***** ***** movie, ******* scream 7, or a new ******* series. Wellthats not the case at all. None of those listings were anywhere to be found or even close. This was basically just a scam to get people to pay the ***** and to continue on thinking that they are going to be casted for jobs. When I questioned someone they just sent me to another person. ***** on this company. I have requested my money back as they do NOT provide the services they say they do in these scaminars. Shame shame shame to do this to people.

If you are ever curious about giving the services another try, please email me directly at ********************************* and I would love to assist. Thank you and take care.

On February 3 nine9 Reached out After interest was shown in an acting opportunity. They led my son to think they could help him in order to move forward with the process. This is a scam casting company with a monthly/annual fee that shouldn't be allowed to operate.

This issue is about their misleading emails and ads. I saw an ad that misled me into thinking i was attending a virtual open call for extras for ******* When you sign up for this company's services, you think that they want to meet you for a virtual open call and the email they send you after you sign up says his virtual event takes ***** of your time. When you log into this virtual open call they keep you on for a really long time by telling you about people they have casted (may or may not be true since they dont name names except for big shows like Stranger Things, ******* Scream 7, etc.) and the intro of the woman on the screen tells you about her background, then background of the company, etc. however they don't tell you upfront that what you signed up for is not casting you anywhere at all, they carefully name it an open call to try to tiptoe around the fact that they are selling you a monthly service and they say that once they end the Zoom call that you won't have another opportunity to sign up with them so they do try to rush you into signing up with them. I almost did, until I looked online and found their BBB profile with lots of complaints about this company. I uploaded the first email they sent to me so you can see for yourself.

They charged my card 2 weeks after I told them I wasn't interested anymore. These people are something else. I would like my refund through the mail because I definitely cut my card off and people need to be aware of this fraudulent company.

I saw an ad that said they were casting for scream 7, stranger things etc. I entered my Info and was asked to join a zoom casting call. Essentially, I listened to the lady speak about her company and the potential roles that were available. Then she sent everyone a link that was mandatory to be filled out before ending the call. Which required your credit card number. There was a 99$ set up fee and $35/month. No contract, can be cancelled anytime. All sounded great in theory. Well, because I know in sales you make it so you have to act fast, I decided to do some research. There were so many articles stating this was a scam. If you are an agency or casting, it is not required to pay upfront fees. During the QnA I told the lady this seemed like a scam a d explained why. She was very rude. She stated, "this is not an agency. It is a casting company. I'm pretty sure I said that a few times." Then rather than discussing it. She just removed me from.the chat. The thing is, I've worked with casting companies before and have been casted in movies. They don't charge you. Again, they only take money once the job is booked. Anything less is a scam. PLEASE BE AWARE PEOPLE!!!

I'm glad I checked with the bbb while recording this live scam. Just ask too many questions that can't be answered without exposing this greedy woah-man's wanna-be temu push sales tactics. I'd like to assume she almost qualifies for a legitimate occupation making near minimum wage. However, after dropping out of homeschooling and aquiring a few felonies on the record she was fortunate enough to meet her star-crossed scamming crew to create "NEIN9" representative of the $99 registration fee you shouldn't pay for. Just say Nein!

Thank you for reaching out. Our records show you emailed the first time on 11/8 at 1:43PM to cancel and request a refund, followed by two more emails to cancel. Lowna, the office director you had your virtual call with, responded back to you at 2:45PM informing you that you would be refunded and forwarded your information to billing, who issued your refund at 2:58PM. Your account and issue were closed prior to the submission of your complaint. You are not longer a talent with us and will not receive any further communication. Thank you and best of luck.
