    I purchased 5 Echeveria cante plants online from the Succulent Shoppe on 9/8/2022. I received an email from them on 9/29/2022 saying that they had shipped the order. Through tracking I learned that they had only created a label and never actually shipped the items. I contacted them in October of 2022 and November of 2022. They never did anything to resolve this matter. Being in the Nursery industry myself I know that Succulent growers often shut down over winter, so I waited until spring this year to contact them again. They said they would get back to me by the end of 3/2/2023. They did not. They do not have a phone number so you must contact them through a "chat" system on their website. I did that this morning and they did not respond. I would really prefer to get the plants I ordered, but if they are unable to do that I would like my money refunded. From what I read on your website today I think they are just a bad company.

    Horrible online succulent shop. You place an order and it takes more than a week after the label is printed to ship . I ordered June 25 and it arrived July 22. It was in bad shape when it arrived but I thought I could save it. But it was shriveled up to nothing in a week and because I didn't take a picture of it when it arrived I now can't have a refund or replacement. Notice on their ******** page you can't leave a review? That's a red flag right there. Crooked company. Say your money and don't order from them.

I understand that you had concerns about the shipping and the condition of the lifesaver succulent upon delivery.I'd like to clarify that I did communicate with you through ******** Messenger and email, providing updates on the shipping status. When you expressed your unhappiness with the shipping delays, I offered to cancel the order and provide a refund. However, you insisted on receiving the plant despite the shipping issues, and I even added a free plant to your order as a gesture of goodwill.Regarding the condition of the plant, we take great care in selecting and packing our plants to ensure they are in good shape when shipped. It's unfortunate to hear that the lifesaver succulent did not survive the journey. Had you notified us about the issue upon delivery, I could have promptly issued a refund or replacement. However, the photo of the plant's condition was provided a week after delivery, which unfortunately makes you ineligible for a refund under our policy.We value our customers' satisfaction and always strive to improve our services. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into account to enhance our shipping process. As for posting reviews on our ******** page, our ******** page is used for social media. You did in fact leave a review on google.If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to us. We are committed to resolving any outstanding issues and ensuring a better experience for you in the future.Thank you for your understanding.
