      Horrible online succulent shop. You place an order and it takes more than a week after the label is printed to ship . I ordered June 25 and it arrived July 22. It was in bad shape when it arrived but I thought I could save it. But it was shriveled up to nothing in a week and because I didn't take a picture of it when it arrived I now can't have a refund or replacement. Notice on their ******** page you can't leave a review? That's a red flag right there. Crooked company. Say your money and don't order from them.

I understand that you had concerns about the shipping and the condition of the lifesaver succulent upon delivery.I'd like to clarify that I did communicate with you through ******** Messenger and email, providing updates on the shipping status. When you expressed your unhappiness with the shipping delays, I offered to cancel the order and provide a refund. However, you insisted on receiving the plant despite the shipping issues, and I even added a free plant to your order as a gesture of goodwill.Regarding the condition of the plant, we take great care in selecting and packing our plants to ensure they are in good shape when shipped. It's unfortunate to hear that the lifesaver succulent did not survive the journey. Had you notified us about the issue upon delivery, I could have promptly issued a refund or replacement. However, the photo of the plant's condition was provided a week after delivery, which unfortunately makes you ineligible for a refund under our policy.We value our customers' satisfaction and always strive to improve our services. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into account to enhance our shipping process. As for posting reviews on our ******** page, our ******** page is used for social media. You did in fact leave a review on google.If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to us.       You order items online and they create a shipping label and then never ship the items, but they have taken your money. Reached out to the business. No response to no avail. How does one do business like that. After reading the other reviews, apparently I'm not the only one this has happened to ?

      This order is scheduled to be shipped, however, if the customer no longer wishes to wait for the specified shipping time, we can cancel the order. Previous reviews suggest that orders have either been lost in transit or the customer has opted to cancel and in any case where the customer does not receive the order they have been issued a full refund.

      I'm not sure how this is still scheduled to be shipped, when it was in pre-shipment phase since 1/23/22. Once again, I reached out in an email and was ignored, its funny you are responding here and not the email that I previously sent. Please CANCEL! the ORDER #16185. Since, I have no idea how long you plan to leave my order in a pre-shipment status, that's if you were planning to ship it at all or had the plants.

      Very crooked, never shipped my order lied they refunded me and also lied they shipped by creating shipping label but never carried to ***** Beware of this shop. Ordered Dec 17 today is Jan 31.

      Very sad about this company. I ordered and my order was not mailed out in timely manor . When I asked to cancel order they lied and said they shipped item . All they did was create a label with no delivery to post office . When I contacted back they keep saying my item shipped telling me I cant cancel . My item still has not shipped. Had to file a dispute . They were rude and unwilling to help fix the problem. They have very poor customer services and do not care about getting orders out for the consumer in a timely manor . Worst online shopping experience to date .

      No I received a partial refund not full refund after half my plants came damaged and after I was told to remove my review from here .
