  My experience with M&K truck used truck sales has been a challenge, to say the least. My customer service experience was the worst I've ever received throughout my years of purchasing work equipment. I'm currently dealing with an issue with a 53' trailer I purchased that arrived with significant body damage. The photos that advertised the unit online had no showing of dents on trailer. I brought this matter to salesman's attention a week ago, and he's yet to address this matter as he stated he would. This incident followed a prior challenge I experienced 2 to 3 weeks prior to most recent event. I reached out to salesman yesterday via phone call and text. He responded by texting the following: I will call you back, but never did. I had an issue with a 2020 Freightliner Cascadia that salesman asked in house mechanic to look at. He returned vehicle to me with issue unresolved. He subsequently told me I was responsible for issue.I

  STAY AWAY !! Purchased a 2020 Peterbilt from ***************************** broke down 50 miles after leaving dealership, truck was in shop for 9 weeks with a $22k bill after ************************************** warranty repairs, not to mention lost down time income, I stayed in a hotel & spent 2 days at dealer while they did a comprehensive inspection for aftermarket warranty. When asked for help with the bill they said theyd do nothing & said trucks are sold as-is, if it breaks in half that day then you have 2 trucks $60k truck ended up costing me double that after this experience !!!

  We appreciate our customers business and we are one of the largest used truck dealers in the US --we sell all makes and models. When someone purchases a product that we dont offer new, such as a Peterbilt, our customers are subject to potential delays in service due to it being out of our control, as was the case here. It is industry standard to sell used trucks "as is where is" and the customer has the ability to purchase an extended service contract. In this case, the customer purchased *** extended service contract and M&K gave the customer an upgraded warranty at no charge. The customer needed service after the sale and brought it to a competitive Peterbilt dealer that failed to expedite the service in an appropriate time frame. We are sorry that the delay in repair caused issues but happened at another dealership and was out of our control. The customer signed the form stating they inspected the truck prior to purchase, and understood that the truck was being sold "as is where is".

  my company MUSSERS EXCAVATING bought a brand new 2023 Mack dump truck from them, the truck had issues with it since the day it showed up at my company, paint is chipping air hoses are pinched and so many more issues called and even showed up to the place in Harrisburg multiple times to get all the things fixed and every time they didn't have time or parts, finally was able to drop it off to be fixed the first guy said they couldn't find anything wrong told them to re look at the area i described waited a day or two to call us back to say they can't fix any of the problems cause it's no longer warrantied, we have been trying to get these items fixed for months and they didn't have the time now they have the time but somehow it's out of warranty, will never bring my business to them again will go somewhere else for my next purchases

  Hello ***** - It seems there has been some misunderstanding in this situation. We have taken a look at the details of your repair order and our Harrisburg Service Manager had tried to reach you back in March regarding the warranty paint repair but did not get a response; that repair order was closed in June. In July when the truck was brought to our Harrisburg location again, our technician noted that you did not have time to leave it for repairs. Again, in November the truck was brought to our Harrisburg location and at that time the paint issue was out of warranty.   Had a blown wheel seal on the front drive called the Mack dealers in Pittsburgh, 10 days before the would even look at it. Called M and K in West Newton Pa they had the parts in stock said they could get me in right after lunch. I drove down to them got there dropped the trailer got right in and 3 hours later was back on the road and moving. Great staff and customer service.
