6-30-2024 ***** ***************************** IN 405 VANDALIZED MY HOME AND WROTE ON THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE AND ON MY DOOR. POLICE WAS INVOLVED THE OFFICE WAS CONTACTED WITH PICTURES. CORPORATE SAID THAT 305 NEEDED TO VACATE IN 30 DAYS MEANING THE FIRST OF AUGUST *****. CORPORATE DROPPED THE **** ON THIS TYPE OF HARASSMENT CORNERING THIS TYPE OF FOOLISH FROM A NEIGHBOR THAT I DON'T EVEN KNKW. I BEEN LIVING IN THE SAME HOUSE FOR 5 YEARS AND JUST BOUGHT IT 2 WEEKS BEFORE THIS HAPPENED. THE OFFICE WANT US TO STILL STAY WHEN YOU AREN'T CORRECTING THE ISSUE. NOW WE HAVEA PROBLEM . THIS IS YHE WORST COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVE IN. THIS FOOLISHNESS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL GO TO H*** AND BACK TO SEE THIS COMPLEX WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER RESIDENT AGAIN. THE OFFICE IS ***.. The maintenance man named ********************************************* Village in *************** harasses residents. Hes a former resident, but was evicted. He sells used appliances, furnaces, hot water tanks, washers and dryers and anything else he can steal out of empty mobile homes on ******** marketplace. He also does poorly done home repairs for residents while on the clock being paid at Sherwood Village. Hes been stalking and harassing my friend and myself for a year or more. *** lived here for over 15 years and *** never had a problem until this guy showed up. He spreads false gossip about residents. He disrespects the elderly. Many residents have reported him. He does drugs while working with residents. I have proof. He also constantly asks residents for money. He is scamming Sherwood Village and RHP and they need to know about it. He accepts payment for work he says he can do, and leaves jobs unfinished. He used a company credit card in January 2023 for personal use to purchase flooring, paint, a faucet, toilet seat etc. at ********** for a resident. (she was with him) He thought she would like him. She didnt like him like that, so he now stalks her. He also stalks and harasses me simply because I am her friend. ****** also spreads false rumors about residents. I believe he needs psychiatric medication. He will not stop stalking and harassing my friend whos also a resident. Shes going to get a restraining order against him and I may have to do the same thing. Unbelievable! Sadly, I thought he was my friend. This is all true as I have proof! I also have no reason to be untruthful. Its not in my nature to lie. Do not trust him!
