    Order Number *****, placed on 11/02/2023. It is now 12/04/2023, and have not heard a thing...no shipped date, no order updates, and NO response to any emails sent. Charged my credit card right away though! TERRIBLE business ethics! I just want my items!!! You would think leading up to Christmas that these people would be on top of the game....the only game I believe they're on top of is ripping people off. What a shame to line your pockets off of good American people just wanting a good product. Sorry kids, I guess this merchant doesn't care if you get what you want for Christmas; even if they charged your parents and got paid! Owner/operator of Sakura Supply Co., you should be ashamed of yourself and your lousy, dishonest business!!! What goes around, comes around...you P.O.S.

    **********If this company is at all still a legitimate business then their core values and goals for customer service are disgraceful. Placed an order and was immediately billed even after the order telling me they would not charge me until I received an email quoting shipping cost options. Tried to email but their info email was undeliverable. Tried a different email no responses. Tried numerous phone calls to their customer service order line and it went to voice mail all but once when on that occasion someone answered and promptly hung up. Started doing internet searches on the company and found addresses for their head office which I ****** mapped and found one to be a run down mini strip mall that did not have their store and the others showed beater little shacks in neighbourhoods as run down as the shack. After years of criminal fraud investigating my professional opinion is whoever designed this website scheme is criminally charge worthy. Major scam alert should be posted on the internet that comes up when their website is queried.

    Is there an option for lower than a one star? This company is a total SCAM. Save yourself a headache and shop else where. I'm going on 3 months without my product, and maybe 3 emails from them that keep stating it will ship the following week. They process the payment immediately, and once you place your order then you a notified that its the busy season and its going to take longer than expected. There is nothing prior to ordering that states this. Also once ordered its to late to cancel.

    I will be calling my bank tomorrow on how fraudulent this merchant is. it's been 6 days within my order. No response from the first email, and send a second email on my order status. I called on the following phone number that is suppose to be for customer service, as it was went straight directly to voice mail.I will not tolerate if a company cannot follow what they suppose to do and not respond to their customers either by email or phone. I'm under the impression the number provided is a personal number.

    There is no need to call your bank. It has bene 6 days, you are correct. If you look at your order notification, it can take 5 days to process and ship your order. After your 12+ phone calls yesterday, and your numerous messages, we have refunded you and canceled your order.

    Very long story spanning a year and still not resolved, Dogi took months to receive and only after I started leaving negative reviews at various locations on the World Wide Web, WHICH I OFFERED TO REMOVE ONCE RESOLVED. Dogi (Gi) arrived finally and was a mis- label,mis-matched set, pants and Top where severely undersized and not as described, being a 6oz. And not a medium 8oz. All attempts to use the websites return options or call failed. Started researching, found various online presences, reached out via FB Messenger, accused of lying and threatening, I wasn't. Owner admitted item was mis-sized and offered to send a size larger than what I had initially ordered, but first I had to send the other one back, I did.I accepted to resolve item never arrived 3 mo. Passed, finally answered stating he thought he shipped it, then blocked me without me responding.Another month has passed.He/they will not communicate with you and I think it's becuase he is a thief/ scammer ( I'm owed a Dogi or a refund ,right now he has both my ************ totalling almost $330 including S&H.) If it needs to be sent from overseas tell the consumer that.I have done the research I know all his personal and professional info, including career, employer, work place and e-mail ( considering passing info to post master and his employer considering the ethics) , I know he is a teacher and travels often and has a FB page with Christian ******** surprised he conducts himself/ the buisness in this manner. Reach out ****** I will not relent and am close enough to come collect my refund.Read ALL the reviews, they are not lying, he reads them , odd that he does and projects, blaming customers and makes excuses all the while taking your money. ******** adds legitimacy to his arguments.I suggested people try this buisness to people needing ********** uniforms becuase I was told they sold them. Not anymore.Avoid doing buisness with Sakura Martial Arts Supply / **************** Of ******* ,********.

Email or phone and no replies. No one picks up the phone for customer service. No one answers the customer service email. Never heard back even after giving what they asked for which was my order number. Still don't have my product (which I ordered from another site).Things happen. I get it. But, this is poor business practices. Do not do business with Sakura. It is not worth the headache, nor the money

No one answers the customer service email. Through scouring the internet I discovered they have a FB presence. Sent a message. Got a response! Asked for my order number, which I gave. Never heard back. Still don't have my product (which I ordered from another site).Things happen. I get it. But, this is poor business practices. Do not do business with Sakura. It is not worth the headache, nor the money.

    I apologize for the delays. These are custom products and can take up to 4 weeks to manufacture. Our policies also state custom items are charged at order time as they are not cancelable.It looks like your item will ship early next week.

    I placed an ordered back in April and I didn't get the item or a refund in my bank account. I tried calling and the only option is to leave a message and no one calls back same with emails. I would not recommend this company.

    I placed an order on 3/30/23 and all I've gotten so far is a confirmation email and have not recieved my order. I've reached out to their support email and called their customer service line and left messages several times and have not gotten a response. I even paid for a higher level of shipping instead of standard. All their social media links on their site are broken and just takes me to my main feeds instead of their pages. I can't even find their ******** page.
