    I call United towing to have them look up my BATTERY PURCHASE WARRANTY AND THEY WOULDNT. However I find my receipt do as they asked and call AAA, to send someone else out in which they did put in the request. However with my request for service being put in at 1:54 p.m. they say theyll be here at 3:28 no one ever show up or even call. Then I call AAA AGAIN AND THEY PUT IN FOR SOMEONE TO AT LEAST CALL ME AND THIS TIME ITS 5p.m. They AAA rep says call back in 20 mins if no one call I gave them 1hr & 15 min still no call I call UNITED at 7:56 THEY JUST THEN SEND A TECH OUT. And they WOULDNT LET HIM REPLACE MY BATTERY THAT READS AT 38 % and says its my ALTERNATOR AND I NEED TO GET THAT CHECKED BEFORE they will do anything for my battery! WHICH IS **** POOR SERVICE AND IM SURE MY CALL, and SERVICE REQUESTS WENT IGNORED BEXAUSE THEY WERE MADD I FOUND MY RECEIPT AND NOW THEY DONT WANT TO HONOR THERE WARRANTY!! JUST REPLACE MY BATTERY I WOULDNT HAVE LEFT A REVIEW and could have went on about the rest of whats left to this SATURDAY AT 8:30P.M.

    very bad, bad, bad service. they want to get paid by aaa and not do the work. do not follow customer's requests. very rude and deceitful!
