    On September 9th 2024 I tried to make an order to use the free delivery promo and the website was not working properly. I received a messaged to contact the store directly and did so. I did not foresee any problems as I order from this location often. Someone answered the phone and told me could take the order but I would have to pay when I got there. I asked if he was going to come get me since Im disabled and dont drive since this was a delivery order. He told me that I must not be comprehending what he was telling me. Then he said something about the online orders not being his responsibility and claimed to be a manager when asked for a member of management. I think he was being dishonest. Also stated that taking payment over the phone was not his responsibility so I asked him what was his responsibility. Told me he was already going out of his way to be nice to me. I understand the hidden meaning of this and told him not to talk to me like an idiot and to give me his name . I think he lied about being management as he hung up and blocked my number. I was unable to make an order that night. I have contacted little ceasers corporate and been told I would be getting a call back telling me how this situation was handled and I havent heard back from anyone. This is inexcusable behavior on the part of the store and on the part of the corporate office not getting back to me. I have been eating little ceasers since the 1990s with my dad and ordering from them now makes me feel like my dad is still with me even though he died in 1997: thanks for destroying that for me Little Ceasers.

    My phone number is blocked from the store and I am unable to order food. Is it too much to expect someone to actually call me and make all of this right? I have been eating little ceasers since the 90s. It was something that reminded me of good times with my dad and this was destroyed. I want this employee found and handled properly.

    I came to little Caesars to get crazy puffs my kids love them and we come here often. On average it takes them about 12 to 20 minutes to make them fresh which is no problem. I came at 10:00 and ****** ****** the employee first told me it would be 25 minutes because they were closing and would have to make it fresh and they were out. When I came up to the window and asked the ****** ****** to explain how they were still open For another whole hour why would we have to wait for ************************************************** out the drive threw window he scared my kids and lied ontop of that and still not at all knowing what he should have been doing and how he is suppose to treat customers ..

    Transaction Reference #********* / Store Order ID: ******* Store Location Number: 1654 Order Number: 655 -- I placed an order for delivery on August 15th for food I never received. The order was placed from my girlfriend's (*************************) Little Caesars app, but I paid for it with my debit card. Even though the order was placed through them directly, they use Doordash to deliver. The delivery person gave our order to the wrong person and told us to deal with it. Since the order was not placed through Doordash directly, we tried contacting Little Caesars support. Well, it's been half a month and we still did not get refunded for goods not received per customer support. I've left a message in ******************************************** feedback page and they haven't responded. Between fighting this charge with my bank and Little Caesars not responding, I'm submitting a complaint through the BBB for a refund.

    Thank you for getting in contact with this business to reach a resolution on complaint ID ********. If not for the long length of time and being mislead by customer support, this complaint wouldn't have been necessary. As of the time of submitting this, it is 9/3. I expect the $23.22 for goods no received 8/15 to be refunded to my bank consider this resolved. No other resolution is desired beyond refund of the purchase I did not receive.

    Transaction Reference #********* / Store Order ID: ******* Store Location Number: 1654 Order Number: 655 - **** ending in #**** | It has now been a month as of September 15th that this merchant owes me a refund for $23.22. The original complaint was #******** where it has been marked as resolved. A refund was expected in good faith since September 3rd and this has not happened. // To recap, an order was placed August 15th through the Little Ceasars app for delivery. When the person doing the delivery shown up, he tried handing us something from a different restaurant. We questioned him and found out he delivered our food to the wrong address. We did not take the other food and was told to call ******** for a refund and left. We did not order through Doordash, we ordered through Little Ceasars. It isn't on the customer to sort out a delivery issue when the restaurant uses a 3rd party the customer has no control over. I want my refund, the time it's been taking them is unacceptable. I will not consider any merchant response as satisfactory behind seeing the money returned to my bank account. I will appreciate the BBB re-opening this case back to make it right.

    On 8/29/2024, I placed an order from my local Little Caesars location with the expectation of receiving a direct delivery from the restaurant. To my surprise, the delivery was handled through DoorDash, a fact that was not disclosed at any point during the ordering process, on their Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. I believe that full disclosure regarding the use of third-party delivery services should be provided to customers at the time of placing their orders and that my data (name, address and phone number) would be given to DoorDash. This transparency would allow customers to make informed decisions and avoid unexpected costs or service issues.

    I ordered a Pizza which was delivered cold. I called the business and was offered a refund which I accepted and has not come. I have called the business for 2 days, asked to speak to Manager and after calling 11 times, Ive yet to speak to anyone in charge. All they do is put me on hold listening to awful music and thats how it remains. A manager NEVER answers the phone. I am a 75 yr old single woman on Soc Sec and want the refund THEY OFFERED ME. I will never order anything from this company again, and will make sure I let friends and family know as well. I have written and sent a complaint to the Department of Consumer Affairs as well. This is a shoddy way to run a business as money is tight for everyone. The pizza would have been horrible to reheat as the cheese would have been all over the oven. Consequently I tossed it in the trash. Hope they enjoy using my money! These letters being written by me to BBB and **** of Consumer Affairs will be sent to the Business Headquarters as well.****************************, been on hold for 45 min and 40 seconds

    I ordered cheese puffs and I was given pepperoni cheese puffs and I do not eat meat. I took the pepperoni cheese puffs back and was told it was my fault that I didnt get a correct order as if I was the person that made the order. They also blamed me for ordering late even though the system accepted the order with no issues. I bit into a piece of pork and was treated as if I was the one that was wrong.

    My husband ordered food for delivery to his job site. He filed it out correctly. The driver showed up to our house (billing address) I told him it was wrong. He didn't understand. My husband called and confirmed he filled everything out correctly and the error was on the driver. But they still said they don't send out new orders or process refunds (even though he did nothing wrong). At this time I'm telling the driver he is at the wrong place. The driver gets mad at me, walks away. I hear my camera ding again and I walk back outside to find the driver threw the pizza bread and sauce in my garden bed ruining my plants. Doordash is so irresponsible always which is why we don't use them, but I'm shocked at little caesars and their response. The 3rd party system has ruined this local business. I will post the video for it to go viral if I don't get a proper response.

    I made my order at about 7pm and per the email, I was told to pick it up between 7:16-7:19, walked in the store at 7:06, asked the manager himself if I could get it light sauce well done. advised that I called but it doesn't go directly to them so I thought I'd just come inside. He had an attitude from the beginning, walked away from me without saying a word after making my request. I just stood there, but I figured they were busy or he was letting the kitchen know. waited about 2 minutes before he comes back up and SLAMS my pizza on the counter. He says "there you go" and nothing else. I politely asked him " is this light sauce, well done? " he threw his hands up in an annoyed way and said "it was already made. If you don't tell us before they make it then it gets made. Nothing you can do " and I said " excuse me? My email said it would be ready between 7:16-7:19 and I got in here at 7:06. I called but it doesn't come to you so I came inside instead. I gave you enough time " and he just stood there, rolled his eyes, then said " well it's already made. Nothing you can do " so I politely said " okay then I would like my refund please "He scoffed and said " you want a refund? " and I said " yes please " so he was frantic, sighing, mumbling things under his breath then he said " so you want a refund but you're still gonna eat it right " and I said " no, I don't want your pizza thank you " and he mumbled other stuff under his breath that I couldn't quite catch, but I did catch him saying "you're f****** ridiculous" but I just let it go. When he gave me my receipt, he stuck his arm out with an attitude and I told him that I hoped he had a better day, to which he replied "yeah, I hope you f****** don't"This is not how you treat a first responder. It's my mission to make sure no one on the east side visits this place ever again.
