    Since May 2023 Amount paid to the business is $3500.Braces are applied, flipper The nature of this dispute is I had an impression done to receive a flipper. I have been waiting for two months now and when I inquired about the flipper, I was told that they could not find it. I had impressions done over three time. I have yet to receive the flipper. Since, I have gained an infection in which they provided me with a prescription for antibiotics. When I came in for the next visit I still did not receive the flipper. My gums are bleeding everyday when I brush or insert the broken flipper. ************** told me that the flipper is there but they have to find it. When I call about the matter I am given the run around about the Dr. not being there and I have to speak with him. The staff is rude and nasty. When I call I am asked to be put on hold only to be transferred to an answering service in which I have left a total of five messages with no return call. I tried calling today and was placed on hold the transferred to answering service. I called back several times to try to get through but to no avail. I can here the phone pick up then immediately transferred to the answering service. I tried calling for the fourth time today and the receptionist asked if I can hold on, when I stated "no I can not", I was placed on hold anyway. I am very tired of the disrespect and rudeness of the staff. I should not have to be treated disrespectfully when I'm spending my money in which I have not missed any payments. I am promised service and I expect to receive it with being treated with dignity and respect! I should never have to experience getting a phone hung up in my face because I am not getting the results that I am promised. At one point, I have actually had to go back and fourth arguing with staff! This is ridiculous and very embarrassing. I simply want what I was promised. I should not have to go two to three months with broken equipment in my mouth.

We will however like to state that the complaint is inaccurate and does not depict how we do business. We are however committed to making sure our patients are satisfied. We have reached out to the complainant. She is satisfied with the proposed solution and has committed to taking down this complaint as well.
