Bought galaxy foams and waited 15 days to get them after paying 400$ on release day it said my seller shipped so I asked customer service if my package was received multiple times by different people they all confirmed and said it was there so I wait another 4 days and nothing so I call again and they say my package is lost? What kinda business are yall really running where you can do this so now I have to wait another 5 days to get my refund that is 20 days Ive had to have 400$ tied up with them all for nothingStockX

If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the worst shopping experiences Ive ever had. I bought a pair of galaxy foams on release day for $383. $440+ after tax and processing. Its been 10 days and the status showed that the seller still hadnt shipped it to stockx so I reached out for an order update.The person in the chat told me the sellers deadline has already passed. So it will most likely no longer ship. The refund is in order to protect your time and money!I dont want a refund. I want my shoes that I purchased (and you confirmed order) for the price I paid. I went out of my way to buy a pair as early as possible so I could avoid this. So basically, they took my money and confirmed my order, but the seller never shipped it (probably saved the pair so they could sell higher after prices went up), and now theres nothing stockx can do. They wont sell me another pair of galaxy foams at the same price or eat the difference to honor my order and get me a pair. Now Im going to have to pay at least $70 more somewhere else to get the same pair of ******** I essentially just got scammed for $70 and wasted my morning trying to place the original order as early as possible.StockX

Terrible !!!!!!!!I have been a good customer for over a year and just today ordered 2 pairs of the same shoe by mistake. I tried to return one of the pairs and told no! They won't even give me credit! They told me I could sell it on their site after it gets to me in 3 to 4 weeks!!! This is after I have placed over 30 personal orders with them. I have cancelled all 139 active bids I have and will erase my account when I get 2 pairs of the same shoe !!Wow thanksStockX

If I could give 0 rating I would have. I ordered socks from them for my husband for Christmas and kept checking the tracking cause it was going on 2 months and havent received anything. No phone number, the email address listed is not active/ good. Then finally after waiting and tracking it finally says its been delivered and left with a neighbor as requested and I never requested it nor did my neighbors get it. They lied!!! SO THERE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND NOT GIVING NOTHING!!! There should be a lawsuit against them for this. There not selling anything but boy there making all kinds of money. And gee guess what it was supposed to be coming from ***** and that explains everything. They knew theyd get away with this.StockX
