      They have disabled the delete account button on their website/App!! You cannot close your account and remove your information they stated they own my information and I cannot delete the account I have to make a request that can/may take up to 30 days!! Ive never heard of a company not allowing you to remove your account or information!! You have to submit a request and they will go through your information and decide what they keep and perform a manual deletion!! This is illegal and someone should look into this it maybe liable to a lawsuit!! If no one closes my account in 48 hours I will me seeking legal assistance with this process moving forward!!

      Buyer Beware!! Ive ordered shoes from StockX for years but never again!! I ordered a pair of **** Kyrie shoes. They had to cancel my first order because the original seller didnt send in the shoes. The second pair came damaged. The StockX tag was not affixed to the shoe. I immediately notified StockX within 5 hours of delivery. StockX denied my refund twice. Total scammers. The shoes are probably fake. Even disputed with my **************** twice & StockX keeps sending information indicating their policies. Highly recommend to stay away!!

      0. This compact deserves a zero ratings. On. My fricken birthday I wore some shes inrecieved form stockx and the sole fell off as I was walking to my birthday dinner. STOCKx IS THE WORST. BUY FROM GOAT BECIASE THEY DO NOT CHECK IF THE SHOE IS FAKE OR NOT. They sold me a 1000$ raging bull pack that was FAKE. And the sole CAME OFF AFTER 3 steps. DO NOT USE STOCKX. USE GOAT IS POSSIBLE. THYE DO NOT DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE FOR THE SHOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FRICKEN PATHETIC

StockX takes item age into consideration when verifying it at our center. For items that are five years out from their release, StockX does allow for a certain amount of yellowing and aging, and warns that shoes this old may have structural weaknesses and a lack of durability, and should be worn at your own risk.       We ordered a brand new shirt from Stock X. My son tried it on for a few seconds right after a shower and we determined it was too short. We sold it back on Stock X and sent back with original ticket, tags and packaging. I just received an email saying the verification failed! What?! Did they sell us a fake? You cannot call them, I cannot find an email and the contact us is AI that works terrible! There is literally no customer service. And they are apparently charging me $15 for an item they verified and sold to me! Besides the fact they state they have no requirement to send failed verification items back to the customer! What is happening!? How are these guys still in business? We will never buy or sell from this company again.

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! SOLD ME FAKE DESIGNER SHOES! SUCH A SCAM! I provided lengthy evidence proving the product sent to me was fake. In response all they do is repeatedly send me the same canned policy emails denying a return and not acknowledging any part of the email (beyond when one of their customer service "product experts" made false claims about what should be included with these shoes). They did not acknowledge any of the many examples of authentic versions of these shoes and reasons and images proving the ones sent to me were fakes. All they do still is send the same canned policy emails. All of this because they sent me an email at the start of the process letting me know there was a small glue stain on one of the shoes. They then tried to use this gesture of goodwill in still accepting them despite the small stain against me, and even tried to gaslight me repeatedly. As soon as I actually received the shoes and had them in hand I could tell something was off. Somehow their insane customer service team (namely Estephania) feels that it was also my job to check the legitimacy of the product from those cell phone pictures that were sent to me. They repeatedly tried to use it against me and refusing to acknowledge that they clearly sent fakes and are then turning around an acting as though I, the customer am expected to judge the legitimacy of their product, when that is literally their only job. I went out and bought a real pair of the same shoes and put them side by side and it is clear as day that I was sent a fake product that slipped past their awful product team. Because apparently numerous in depth product reviews and video unboxings from reputable sources isn't enough to prove that I was sold fakes. Only for their customer service team leader, ****** to message me days later with the same canned policy email (they basically copied and pasted the previous email). I really wish I could give them 0 stars because that's what they truly deserve.

      SCAMMMMM!! Avoid. Like so many other reviewers, I had purchased a pair of shoes which were said to be verified by their company. Unfortunately they didnt fit my son and since the company policy is no returns or exchanges I reposted them for sale. They sold and StockX denied verification saying they were fake!! THEY VERIFIED THENM TO BEGIN WITH!! What a horrible company. Stay away!!

      Worst company to buy sneakers from, i ordered a specific shoe and when i revived the shoes it was a totally different shoe and size and. Asking for this to be looked at even after its their fault they told me i need to file a police report DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
