My biggest problem is being left with an unforeseen expense of $847.20 & having them walk away from it. Legally something I might be responsible for, but something that during my refinance neither Rocket Mortgage or *** ****** advised me of and would outside of any lay person's foresight. I had the misfortune of property taxes being increase and ****** payout right before a loan buyout. This left my escrow short & didn't allow the loan to be closed. The additional days of $42/day of interest accrued & a late fee added $847.20 to the refinancing of my loan. Neither Rocket or *** ****** were willing to support me in any fashion with those costs. Rocket then quickly proceeded sell the new loan to a third party.I've used Rocket Mortgage in the past with fairly good experience. They have always been pushy & quick at getting a loan turned around & closed. They are knowledgeable & will negotiate. Still am wishing I continued with *****************************

Put in an application 5 weeks ago (said it would only take 10 days) was turned down for a 2nd Mortgage not because of my Credit Rating, Appraised Value, Income, Tax Returns, Payment History, Age, Malarial Status, and 10 other things requested - No I was turned down since I did not have a Phone, or Cell Phone, or Cable Bill that was sent to my home address! Gas, Electric, Water, Property Tax Bill nothing else mattered. I am serious! They charged $500 (non refundable they said), wasted valuable time, and this issue was never disclosed as a requirement on the front end. I wish it was for a great rate, but it was a scam! Run - Robot Mortgage has no oversight and totally incompetent.Rocket Mortgage

******* is one of the pushiest sales people Ive encountered. She is only second to the one who told Me I should buy it because ***** wanted me to have it. I asked for a very specific amount for a loan and was clear that I didnt want to refinance my current mortgage. After hours of text messages back and forth trying to make me feel bad about how I wanted to finance my project so I would refinance at a higher rate and save money because my effective rate would be lower I just straight up asked if they even do loans for the amount I originally requested- she said there is a minimum. Then when I explained her why I wanted to go this route she asked me again why I wanted to pay more in interest Instead of respecting what I was asking for. This was such a disrespectful and dishonest interaction and a complete waste of my time. Would never apply for any kind of loan through any Rocket lender.Rocket Mortgage

Talk about biggest scam ever Rocket Mortgage. They will charge you 1% of your total loan to take for themselves. They trick you into thinking your getting a good interest rate by lowering it 1% for the first year. You end up giving them $10,000s. This scamming needs to stop from all banks and lenders it's out of control.Rocket Mortgage

Run from this Unethical, ************* Run! This is the most unethical company I have ever done business with. I was pressured into taking a much larger amount than I wanted (HELOC). They told me they would allow me to "recast" half the loan after 2 payments. I was told no interest would be charged on the recasted amount and the loan payment would be reconfigured to reflect the smaller amount I kept. THEY LIED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. When closing came, I immediately caught that the document stated "it was a loan consolidation" and any recasting would be charged full interest with no reconfiguring of the payment. A huge amount of work that would have cost me a ton of money. I am reporting them to the regulatory agency but I bet there are already so many complaints against Rocket Mortgage that they will just roll their eyes.Rocket Mortgage

Very Poor False Advertising, they claim to help you out no matter what your Credit Scores are just a gimmick to get people to contact them and then they tell you that your credit scores have to be in the high 600s to 700s before they can help you out and you can't be late or behind on your mortgage payments. Do to slow payments, leans, judgements,. The way I look at it it's False Advertising, and people should know what they are in for talking to Rocket Mortgage!.Rocket Mortgage

Billing statements are sent out late, barely arriving before the due date.They tell me it takes 28 days from my mailing my payment, to them, posting it. It's a policy I have complained about before, to no avail.This policy makes it impossible to make a payment, without a late charge. Which is obviously, the goal.Rocket Mortgage
