    I ordered a sweatshirt in the color that was listed as "Burnt Orange". However when I received the item the color was "Orange." There is a difference in these two colors. Spirit Shop stated that the color sent was burnt orange in which it clearly is not. Spirit shop declined to send me the correct item or refund me.

    Customer ordered a ************************* sweatshirt in Burnt Orange and the photo he sent matches what appears on the site and in his order confirmation. ******* doesn't make the product in regular orange. He is comparing it to another product he owns and unfortunately colors may vary by manufacturer. We don't take returns since everything is printed on demand, but we can offer him a replacement at half off if he wishes to order another color such as black, white, or grey.

    Did a great job! I ordered three times and every time the order came quickly. I also feel the quality of the product is top notch. I ordered tee shirts, wind breakers, performance quarter zips and a duffle bag. I am extremely happy with all items.

    I was nervous to order from here, but I am glad I did! I got two tshirts and two sweat shirts, both came exactly how I ordered! The tshirts are 100% cotton, so they shrunk when I washed and I had to order more in a bigger size, but that is on me. I will definitely be buying from here again :)

    I was a little disappointed in the graphic. In the photo online it looked like the logo matched the gold color on sleeves of the pullover when we received it the logo on front was more of a yellow gold. This would have been fine on an all black hoodie. But the quality of the hoodie was excellent a really nice weight and washed up nicely

    I was afraid to order from this company because of some bad reviews but I did and I'm so happy with their service! I had my name printed on the shirt and still had it delivered in a week! The shipping is very fast and I love the items I have received, I've placed five orders as of today. Nothing wrong with this company! I wish I could post pictures on here. Don't be afraid to order, you will be happy you did! ??

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered(11:48am) for my coworker and I realized I ordered the wrong style jacket so I emailed them asking if we could change it at 12:11 pm (within the section on the thank you for your order screen that asks if there was an error with your order) stating I made an error and if we could change it and pay the difference. I did not hear back so I reordered and asked them to cancel the first order. The responded 2 days later with this:Thanks for placing an order with Spirit Shop. Were sorry, the order can't be changed or cancelled. All of our products are custom printed to order and immediately go into production after your order is placed, so we are unable to cancel or make any changes once youve finalized your order. Please refer to the FAQs for information on changes and cancels.This is where I should note I ordered the items blank, no logos, no words, nothing. So this baffled me. Now fast forward to the next week. A random package with 2 mugs came. We ordered 3 jackets... Then the second package came. I reached out and they are telling me they can not do anything because I do not have an order number (my coworker deleted his email and that is the only place they provide it to you) and I need to provide a picture of the items they sent him that were incorrect. I have literally ordered thousands of dollars worth of Merch from them and this is their customer service? Do better ********************.

    We're sorry for the customer's frustration. Unfortunately because our entire process is automated and orders upload into an automated queue upon submission, no changes may be made once the order is placed as indicated on the website. There are over ****** products on the print production floor on any given day. It's just not feasible to have factory staff stop their jobs to sort through thousands of garments to pull one out of line. That would create delays and potential errors with other orders in the queue. As for the other issue, we responded to the customer "Ok I found the order number. It is C211DE72439. He should include it along with the photo of what he received in error." We're always happy to replace orders if a wrong order is received. We don't require the wrong order to be returned. We just ask that a photo be sent.
