    The worst costumer service in the world. They dont have a working number. They dont even email back when you email them. I ordered a product. A couple people I know received their custom product already and I havent even received proofs to accept or an email back about what is going on. The worst customer service. Do not order from them.

    I Purchased an item for my brother in November 2023 for Christmas. He did not like the item, I've tried for weeks to return the item for a refund I can not find a working contact number. Emails have had no response. There is no customer service option available to speak with to return this item.I would like to return and get a full refund.

    Hello- this is a privacy policy concern with Fathead.com. I have communicated with **************** but haven't received a satisfactory response. To confirm, I received a refund for my order and a $100 gift card (which I declined) so I'm not seeking a refund but am concerned about this company's data privacy practices and would like to obtain BBB's help to inquire further into the issue.In October 2023 I placed an online order for a full size cutout and completed payment. As instructed I provided a photograph, promptly received a proof via e-mail and approved. I received a timely delivery, addressed to my name and address. The packet however contained cutout of a different person, along with a different person's full name and address information (I'm assuming this was the original intended recipient of the wrong cutout). I immediately became concerned for 2 reasons: 1) Was this person (a Mr. I in **- I'm abbreviating full name and address information for privacy) aware that his personal information was shared with me? 2) Was my information shared with Mr. I or a different third party in a similar manner along with a full size cutout? I immediately reached out to Fathead.com. After some back and forth they processed a refund. I repeated my concerns about their protection of private information and requested that they advise on any action that was taken in connection with my name and address that *** have been erronously shared with a third party. I haven't received a satisfactory/reassuring response. They offered a $100 gift card, which I declined. I would like to reuest BBB's help into communicating with this company to learn of their concrete practice into when a data privacy breach takes place due to their mix up in shipment, particularly since they have a policy of including full name and address in shipments. To confirm the shipping address on the outside of the parcel was accurate whereas it contained somebody else's info inside. Thank you.

    I ordered a gift for my grandson for Christmas. Received it two weeks ago. The item is defective. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have tried calling any number that I can find. It rings a couple of times then disconnects me.

    Today I received a package from them that was express overnight with a new item.  No instructions what to do with the defective item.  I have sent many emails, reported to your company, messaged them through ******** Messenger, and did a complaint to PayPal.  Not sure how who got through to them but grateful it is done.  Thank you!

    My two sons, separately, each gave me a $50.00 Fatheads gift card a few years ago. We went to use them yesterday and both were not accepted. Fatheads response was that they have discontinued use of these particular gift cards and therefore the two in my possession have "expired". FYI - there is absolutely no mention of a time limit or expiration date on the two cards I have.Fathead has offered a 25% discount on a future purchase which, in my mind, is ludicrous.I simply want what was given to them which is $100.00 for the two cards. I am willing to accept a refund or a store credit which I feel they should ne more than amenable to.

    Fathead eventually made good on the two gift cards after many many conversations with my wife. They initially fought ** on it and made numerous half gestures. However they didnt realize that they were dealing with my wife!!??

    Returned a Fathead product and I was given a gift card per the exchange policy. I asked for a refund not an exchange. They have refused to refund and keep referring to their exchange policy. This is a bad experience and I do not want a Fathead product. A refund is all Im looking for not gift card for another item.

    The business could not turn the product around in enough time. The ordered needed to be canceled since they couldnt deliver even though I paid for *************. They never even started the product. They charged me money because I ordered in the first place which is unethical since they cannot and did not deliver.

    I am wanting to purchase an item from fathead.com. When I initially went to the website there was an option to get a 20% discount code by signing up for the online newsletter, so I signed up but never received the discount code. I reached out to customer service and spoke with a rep named ****. She told me to back to the website and sign up even though I had already explained to her what had previously happened. After multiple emails **** finally gave me the 20% discount code, afterwards I went to apply it to my purchase only to find out the discount code doesn't work. I emailed **** again telling her what happened & her response was that she was not going to be able to help me. I am simply trying to make a simple purchase. This shouldn't be this difficult.

    An order was placed on February 1st with the website detailing a 2-3 day production time for non custom orders. This was a general order for an item available on their website. As of 12+ days later, there has been no status update nor have any of the customer service representatives been helpful. They repeatedly claim a lag time blaming their production company. Then they blamed the Super Bowl! They do not have a call center and can only chat with a handful of people through a chatbox. There's no way to escalate the order and no sort of supervisor or anyone who can provide helpful answers. I will be filing a fraud claim with the credit card company as well.

    I purchased a Wall decal sticker (order #******) for $89.34. I received the long triangle box clearly looking like it was bent in half. The decals inside were bent and creased. This was supposed to be a gift, which I could not give damaged like that. I contacted the company to return it and get a refund but they said I only could get an exchange. I explained that I would have no use for that and just need my money back but they refused.
