    *************************** was our Loan Agent and she was wonderful from the very first phone call I made to seek financing for our condominium property. She was personable, very knowledgeable and worked very hard and quickly to get our loan application approved. One of the best experiences we have ever had. Thank you so much!!

    Be careful before dealing with this institution.I called all of the phone numbers for this bank today so that I could get the proceeds from my CD that matured yesterday. Nobody answers the phone but they say to leave a message. They did not call me. I finally got to a person and they said that I needed to get transferred to an online customer service person. Well it went to voice mail. i called right back and ******* said that she would send me an e mail to fill out a request to get my funds. Well, she did not send anything.This institution is just holding my money and not paying any interest to me. Now I have to seek legal advice.

    We are super happy today as a Homeowner....the process looked daunting and exhausting after a couple of attempts and it only took one email to the right person that made us proud homeowners of a new construction property. I must commend the efforts and leadership of *************************************, very thorough, diligent and most importantly compassionate.. She worked with us every step of the way, setting expectations of what is coming and how to navigate it. We worked with multiple employees during the pre approval, Underwriting and closing but it seems we were only working with one person because there was synergy, communication was on point, and everyone was awesome.. Thank you to ********* who trusted us enough to even go through our papers, we also appreciate ***************************** and ********************* for your support as well.     Amazing is not sufficient enough of a word to describe *************************************. Miracle worker, fits much better. She made my closing possible with the 10 day window I ended up with after being stalled for 3 weeks by ****************. She and the other loan officers called me when sick from home as well as several times a day to ensure when things were done. It was an exceptional experience.

If you are looking to buy a house, please contact him; he is very nice, knowledgeable and will guide you through the process. I have no words to describe how much he helped me, he was there every time I called or emailed him. Please look no further; you will not regret!
