  This is regarding to one of Beztak properties in **************** poplar place townhomes. I moved out last year when lease was up gave a notice that I will not be renewing my lease to lady in office. Then they billed me a 2000 dollar bill for ****** saying I didnt give them a notice. Talked to manager ******* over phone she told me my account says 0 but 2000 with into collections. Tried calling office cant get ahold of someone professional. One lady rushed me off phone. Tried calling corporate office no answer

  This is a horrible company with people living in unsafe and disgusting living conditions. 0 out of 5 stars. Would not recommend.

  Its 100 degrees outside no air in my apartment since I moved here landlord office laughing like its a joke Ive fainted 3 times since I been here my daughter is sick they towed my car because I didnt have no where to park on a Saturday night visitors where here for parties and different events my car was my only source of air I pay 1100 a month never missed a payment !!! This is sad I just wanna jump a bridge !

  They seem to like to run their rental properties into the ground. The apartments need serious renovations. My apartment has dog bite and nail marks all over. Also, when I first moved in, my apartment was filthy and contained broken cabinets and plumbing. I had a leak in my wall. Management just had it painted over. Overall, this company hires incompetent employees and does not care about it's residents.

  We have moved out of our apartment on August 31 of 2023. Today is January 3, 2024. And we still have not received our security deposit back of $780. We have been told that the check was cut on November 15, which is 1 1/2 months ago, but still nothing in the mail. They told us we will get the full amount back. This is the biggest problem we had with this company. Many other problems while living at this apartment for two years that were not taken care of. Including no running hot water for a whole week. Stay away from their apartments unless youre looking for trouble.

  I'm a resident of Ashley village apartments the owners Beztak.We had a water line burst and several apartments were damaged mine included this was December 25th 2022 I'm still waiting on them to repair my apartment from the water damaged almost a year later. They're still getting their rent. They claim they have been doing repairs but that is a LIE.NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO MY APARTMENT EXCEPT CHANGING THE CARPET IN THE LIVING ROOM AREA. So now I have mixed match color carpeting ************ is the worst I have ever dealt with in my whole time on this earth. I would advice NOBODY RENT,BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE UP KEEP OF THEIR PROPERTY ESPECIALLY ASHLEY VILLAGE

  Well living in parkway apartments isnt exactly the type of death camp say the Nazis ran in *******, but it is a very dangerous place. For example I found it very odd once I moved in all the white people moved out and the ownership changed hands.

  ***************** (service manager) was amazing. Our shower wasnt draining at Ridgewood Apartments and he fixed it so fast and it actually works! Hes a really great guy an amazing maintenance here. Our previous maintenance wasnt great but he is amazing!

  Liars, cheats and crooks! This company has gotten too big for it's britches. They have gobbled up so many properties that they can't keep up with anything. I lived at one of their properties, Ridgewood Park Apartments, in *********, **** until September 13, 2022. When I moved out, I was told that I would get my deposit back along with a pro-rated amount for rent paid but not used for the remainder of the month. I was expecting a check at the end of September and when I called the office, I got the run around, first saying that I would receive a check after 30 days. This is now November 4th and still no check. I've called half a dozen times and was told the check was returned because of a wrong address (?). Then they said they'd follow-up and call me back, which they never did. I was promised four times a return call, but nothing. The last call I was told the check was mailed out last Friday (seven days ago). Still no check. If you call the corporate office and leave a message, no one returns your call. If you email them, you receive no response. Every single time I call, it's a recorded message. Does anyone even work there? WHERE'S MY SECURITY DEPOSIT???????
