I have been living at one of Premier Property management's apartments properties in ******* ******** for 4 years. We have gone through at least 5 manager's since I've lived here. As of today 10/17/2023, I have been trying to reach someone by phone at Premier Property management and it just rings and no one answers and it hangs up. I was told by the maintenance man at my complex that previous manager quit a month ago and we weren't given any notice. I need a shelter verification form filled out that is due 10/20/2023 and we have no manager at the complex to complete my form. I was told the new manager is only in the office once a month. I have tried emailing the corporate office and I still am not getting through. I am going to lose my assistance because their no one to talk to about a one page document I need signed.
