    This is very poor customer service. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They cost me a lot of money because of the delay of shipping my order. I will not do business with this company anymore. And I will make sure it will be all over the social media.

    They claim 2 days shipping. I ordered my part on 3/18. It should have arrived 3/20. They didn't even ship it until 3/20. I now get a message from *** Ex that it should arrived on 3/23 at the end of the day. I am losing a day's worth of work, not to mention having to pay my mechanic another day of labor. What I want to know is, why is it coming to ********* from ******** via *****???

    The fast 2 day free shipping is Nuthing but FALSE ADVERTISING, and a Straight up lie. Ordered my part, got a tracking number the same day. It is now day 3 since ordered and the tracking number still says ***** is waiting to recieve the part to ship. FINALLY got ahold of customer service, which is a joke and was told they were busy in the warehouse this week and that they will get the part to ***** in the next couple hrs to be shipped, after i was already told it shipped the same day i got the tracking number. Never again will i be ordering ANYTHING from this company.

    This review is based on my first and last order from Detroit Axle. I ordered a steering rack for my car with a delivery date noted as 2 days later. Received notice it was being shipped but 2 days later no part or updated tracking. Contacted them and was told it was being shipped. The next day I was told the same thing. I requested the order be canceled but they refused. 3 days after the order should have arrived still no progress. Requested the order be cancelled again and they said they'd try. After a week still no tracking or part or a refund.

    So I ordered a front axle with u joint front and passager side shafts for a 2014 jeep Wrangler. It was delivered on March 4th I do believe to my property that a share with my parents. I didnt see the box till that weekend and when i retrieved it from my parents garage I notice the box was like it didnt have anything in it. Like it was empty. So I did take a video of me opening the box because I couldnt believe it if there was nothing in the box so I knew they wouldn't believe it to. So I trued to file a claim on ****. And it took about 4/5 days and **** wasnt going to help because it was delivered and Detroit axle showed proof of delivery. Now I didnt tell them right away that i recorded me opening the box because I was hoping in good faith they work send me or refund me money but I guess thats not the case and thats why Im here. **** and Detroit axle failed and need help

    ******** customer service very lack of concern to customers. Received wrong parts three times in a row after being argued With that, they were mine. I ordered suspension parts was getting argued and yelled that the Brake pad and rotors were mine, which I never ordered anything to do with brakes or rotors. After speaking with manager Who after an hour corrected and gave me correct parts. After I asked for receipt in case they were wrong to return, I was told it was already given to me, which was never And had to wait another 30 minutes for my paperwork that was never received. ******** employees with no care for customers do not recommend ****************** other than if looking for parts at a cheaper price.

    The company sold me a faulty part. When I was able to contact them later in the week to advise of it he stated the only option was to send me a replacement part but I would have to cover shipping and handling. My car has been down for over a week so while waiting for them to contact me I had to purchase the part elsewhere. Now that I have purchased the part elsewhere he dates no refunds are allowed and if I want the part I have to pay for it. The gentleman *** was very rude and arrogant. I do not recommend anyone to purchase from them.

    BUYER BEWARE !!!! This company does not even deserve one star! Horrible customer service, I live local in ******** so I wanted to support a local business. I ordered my parts on March 4th, A label was created on the 5th at 8am for pick up from ***** now on March 7th day of expected delivery the status of delivery has not changed. I called and spoke with a representative named **** from the company, He could not give me any clarification when I would be receiving my parts. I requested to talk to a supervisor, I was then placed on hold for 12 minutes, once he was back on the phone he refuse to let me talk to a supervisor, stating they were to busy. At which point I requested a cancellation of the order he then stated it would take 2 days for a cancelation to be confirmed. I asked for a confirmation email I was given resistance to this request then finally he agreed to send me one. This email did not come from a business email it came from a personal email, The email was riddled with improper spelling, which is a good indicator for fraud. At 1 point during the conversation I even offered to drive and pick up the parts which would have taken an 1:45 minutes out of my day, This offer was denied by the representative he stated this was not possible because they do not have communication with their warehouse or ****** It is sad to say as a Michigander but I will never support this company again. Affordable pricing on parts is not beneficial if you never receive them. Buyer beware!!!
