told my brakes was shipped **** when tracking says the opposite ****** S is a joke. buyer beware!

Terrible service !! I ordered a rack and pinion for my Buick Enclave on July 7,2024. There was never a shipment update, I called customer service on July 14th and was told "Sorry your part has just been sitting, it will be sent immediately." On July 22 I inquired again about my part because there was no shipment updates, I was informed then that there was a problem processing my order and I could either reorder or get a refund!! There was a problem processing my order but no problem at all taking my money and had I not gotten in touch with them again I would not have been informed of anything and they most certainly kept my money . would rather spend $200 more at my local Auto Zone then to ever deal with or order from this company again!!!

Rack and pinion lasted 2 months. Paid almost $1000 to have installed now they want me to return the part before I get the new one. Awful business I asked for a seal kit and they wouldnt comply.

ordered rack boots at 12;30 . they send email 3:30 order shipped had wrong address. called them told them it had wrong address need to correct address.i had ***** tracking pulled up label was made ***** had not picked up ***** did not pick up untill next day. rep for detroit axle told me order had shipped. i said ***** has not picked up order order i was looking at ***** tracking . he told me i had to call ***** an pay $25.00 to have them to correct their mistake. when detroit axle was able to correct their mistake when order was still there. bad customer service. DONT BUY HERE. AN CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST BE IN FOREGN COUNTRY CANT UNDERSTAND THEM 7/17/24

I wish I could have given no stars, because I order a product from Detroit Axle online and it was not the right part, I sent it back and they are telling me that it was used, which it was not. They are also telling me that they are not issuing the full amount because of that, and neither are they returning the supposedly use product back to me. They will fix it (which is nothing to fix because it was not use and resale it). Not one time did they contact me about the refund or the status, I had to call them regarding the original request and to find out why I did not get my refund when I was supposed to. I told the agent that this is stealing if you are not giving me the full refund because you are saying that it was used then you should be returning the product to me not keeping it and keeping my money.

1 star review is generous. Order brake rotors for my car. Parts are the right part number but the wheel stud holes are to large and rotors move on the hub. They are refusing to give me money back after charging me to send them back. They don't even have parts to send as replacement

I ordered axels on a Saturday, canceled the order first thing Monday morning. Was told it was to late they was already shipped. When I received box it was damaged, I did not open. Sent it back and they told me parts was damaged and I could not get refund.

Sent me a email saying it shipped, it never did, I called and was told they didn't have it and was receiving it from *****. They don't update you on changes and the ppl don't hardly speak English. This is my first and land last time I use detroit axel, plus to find out the parts are made in *****, very deceptive

Absolutely horrible! Ordered a part 8 days ago has yet to arrive and keep saying it is getting shipped today every single day I call. ****** speak to a supervisor or anything. Do not recommend at all!

Purchased a $1000 rack from them. I received an empty box. I contacted them via email. No response for a day or so. When they did respond. I was simply told they shipped the item in the box. Further inspection of the box shows signs of the box being re-taped. The shipping label and packing slip container was under one of the flaps of the box. Hard to scan and ship if you can see the label. With this new info and pictures. They simply said tracking shows it was delivered and would not refund me. I then printed off a return label from them and they emailed me to say if I sent back the empty box they sent me. They would not refund it. I have attempted to get any claim numbers from them with ***** since the box shows signs of being repackaged. They will not give claim numbers, said that is private information between them and *****. That is 100% a lie. I worked in the shipping and receiving arena for over 17 years. This information about my shipment is not top secret information. They will not do anything other than steal peoples money. Avoid this seller at all costs.
