    I am a mobile home service company and a buyer of mobile home parts for ********************************************** West ********.Ive dealt with capitol supply for decades and until recently they have been a reasonable company.We spend thousands there every month,however my loyalty is to my customers who come first. We have had our customers complain to us after a brand new combo door install that the can see light through the doors seals after we installed it perfect.Now after many doors with same deficiency we call capitol and they say no warrentee on brand new doors.what?.after paying 800 to **** dollars for a combo door,no warrentee. The door manufacturer/factory denies the problem so that means capitol is absolved of anything and it means my customers complaints are baseless and unfounded.even though I have proof and pictures.so I have a sales manager (Forest Rose)call and say we complain to much and for us to go away and buy elsewhere. When we complain we are extending our customers complaint about the product and we should not be told to shut up and go away.Ever since StyleCrest bought out this company it's gone badly.New doors are sold without warrentee,with engineered defects and they won't address the issue in a meaningful/responsable way,all the while ,trying to blame me and my company. Making my company to pay for their bad door defects so I can have a satisfied customer.We believe now we're being targeted because we ask for quotes on parts and pick them up a few days later and the parts are 40 or ****************************************** reason. We're told tough luck,buy elsewhere if you don't like it.Perhaps they are right.
