      Purchase date: 02/07/2024 Order # ****** Amount: $59.97 + $7 return shipping label Items ordered: Two baseball-style hats with Star Wars-themed patches.What I received was nothing like the advertised photos on bustedtees.com. Photos on the website of bustedtees.com depicted the first hat with a small patch appearing to have black embroidered edging with a smooth silkscreened design on the face. I received a very large patch that was silkscreened, or printed, on a single piece of material. The face of the material was not smooth as the one advertised. The edges of said material were fraying due to not having any embroidered edging. The color design was also different. A customer service rep stated, "For the patches, we have switched to suede as it makes the color and design better". I was not informed of these changes before purchasing these items. The website does not reflect these changes.The second hat shared a similar issue. What is advertised is a clean, small patch with smooth edging. This design does not have embroidered edging, but rather smooth edging from a clean material cut. What I received was a very large patch with fraying edges. I quickly brought this to the attention of bustedtees.com customer service. I was told I am required to pay a $5 restocking fee per item and purchase my own return shipping label. Only after an exchange of approximately 20 emails, did bustedtees.com offer to refund the total of $59.97. After requesting a return shipping label, customer service stated, "Unfortunately, we do not have a shipping label". I paid an additional $7.00 for a **** return shipping label.I am requesting a reimbursement of $7.00 usd to cover my expense of returning these items that were not as advertised. Photos attached.

      On 3/14/24 I made a purchased on Busted Tees website in the amount of $86.91 for order number ******. The order was lost in transit and marked as delivered via **** on 3/24/23. I reviewed my Ring Video Doorbell camera and verified nothing was delivered at anytime. I contacted Busted Tees and was only offered a 50% in store credit for my missing order. This is un acceptable and I am seeking a full refund for the amount of $86.91. This is the only acceptable solution I am willing to accept.

      4 items were ordered (3 sweaters and 1 long sleeve T-shirt) in mid-December that have not been received. When contacted via email for a resolution for items not received, I was advised to look around my home for hidden packages. When contacted again, I was advised their policy for items not received was to be offered 50% discount to repurchase items not received. 8 weeks later, items not received and refund not provided. There is a lack of customer service for a resolution and no pathway forward for items to be received or refund to be issued.

      I submitted an order through the BustedTees.com website. Within 10 minutes of submitting, I realized there was an error in my order and requested the customer service team to make an adjustment. Their on-site policy states that I have 24 hours to cancel or amend an order and I reached out within 10 minutes of submitting the order. The customer service rep refused my request and has gone against their company policy.

      On March 13th I placed an order for $84.89. I then decided to go a different route and checked their cancellation policy which stated that refunds and cancellations must be requested by email within 24 hours of the order. I sent an email later that night on March 13th, 2022 to ************************************************** (as listed in their cancellation policy) requesting to cancel my order and included my order #******. It is now passed the 24 hours and I have heard NOTHING from this company. I have sent a total of 4 emails now requesting to cancel the order and have not received any response.

      I'm receiving unwanted text messages from Busted Tees. Over the last year I've been receiving these text messages frequently, and over the last week I've been receiving them daily. I've emailed the company and sent messages via social media to Busted Tees requesting these text messages STOP; Busted Tees has not responded and I continue to receive text messages. I'd like these text messages to stop immediately.
