      I actually have 2 issues. First, my original order (#******) was placed on 11/4/21, and soon after, I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. I emailed Busted Tees to try and change the order, but couldn't change it. The customer service representative at Busted Tees told me that I could refuse the order when the post office tried to deliver the package, and I could get a size large sent to me once the original item was returned to them. On 11/15 I met the mailman at me mailbox, and refused the package. I have not heard anything back from Busted Tees in regard to this issue, if they plan on replacing my order with the size large that I need, or if they plan on refunding my card the $31.79 that I was charged. Secondly, I placed another order shortly after the first one, on 11/25, (not knowing that I would be having problems with Busted Tees) for 3 more t shirts (order #******), and have not received any type of notice that the order has been processed or shipped. I did receive notification that same day, 11/25, that Busted Tees did in fact get my order, and that $74.15 for the order was taken out of my bank account. I have emailed Busted Tees many times trying to get these issues resolved, but my requests have gone unanswered. I've also tried calling them at the phone number listed on the internet (877) ********* but it is not an active phone number.

      Placed an online order for shirts (order #******) from ************** on Oct 2 2021. Received order on/around Oct 29. I washed them right away as instructed and the images completely disintegrated (see image attached). I reached out to customer service right away (see emails attached). As of today, Nov 29. I still haven't had a proper response from the company.

      My wife ordered a hat from bustedtees for my birthday. They took our money over a month ago, however have never shipped the hat. I have emailed them and my email is always returned as undeliverable. I'm not sure if they went out of business. Just like an answer

      I purchased two 2 shirts as a gift for my daughter, ******* ****** on 8/30/21, Order #****** in the amount of $57.96. Busted Tees states my item was delivered on 9/18 and provided me a UPS tracking number **************************. It seems UPS handed off the delivery to the USPS and they state it was delivered to the mailbox. I contacted Busted Tees on 9/28/21 to advise them the item has not been received. They told me to contact the local post office since it states delivered. I then reached out to Supervisor Rose L**** at the Glendale, CA Post Office and she advised me they suspect this package may have been delivered to the wrong unit within the apartment complex. She has confirm that the supplier not the Post Office is responsible to replace or refund my order. Busted Tee's has only offered me a 50% discount for another order and will not replace the lost items or refund my original order. This is not acceptable

      I ordered a hat & two tshirts from Busted Tees on Jun8 2021 for international shipment to *********. Order# ****** shipped via **** shipping #*************. It shows as last departed for ** on Jul3 2021. I checked with my local ** post service, and they cannot track this service level package. As it has been over 2 months since the order was placed and no sign of the delivery, I requested for help from Busted Tee starting Aug1 and then officially asked for a refund starting Aug14 via email. There has been zero responses to my 4-5 emails & 1 request via their online chat. There is no posted phone number to call. As the package is suspected as lost - I would like my purchase refunded. Thanks for your help on this matter BBB.

If you do end up receiving both packages, please right "REFUSED" on one unopened package and give it back to your mail carrier so we receive it as a returned to sender.       Good morning, on 6/9/21 I places an order for 3 tees from Bustedtees. I received my confirmation #******. My order was not received. My 1st email was send 6/28 to advised items not received. Total of 8 emails sent to the company requesting a follow up, all have gone unanswered. I have followed up with the post office and they are not able to find any package either with the tracking number given. All I want is the 3 tees I ordered or please refund me. I've given my email and contact information to the customer service dept for Busted tees but no one has contact me. I have also checked and double check my spam folder to. Verify email sent from BustedTees didn't get sent to spam. Thank you

Often packages are still in transit, but the tracking number does not always update immediately. I will request updates from the carriers and they will email you. If tracking does not update or you receive no response within 3-5 business days, I will process a replacement order.
