I ordered three items from Busted Tee's for my children for Xmas. I ordered with ample time for them to arrive by the holiday yet only one of three items arrived. Busted Tee's let me know only recently that the missing two pieces are now back in their possession. They said they could re-send the items for extra fees as their 'policy' states. I asked for a refund as they now have my money and their goods and the holidays are long past. I do not feel this is unreasonable yet I have heard nothing from them after several attempts at contact. I ordered a navy blue sweater from this company for $39.74. When my package arrived the wrong item was given to me. The package contained a white sweater. The sweater also looked nothing like what was displayed don the website. The actual product was very poor quality however my primary reason for requesting a return was because the wrong item was sent. I requested a refund on Jan 14, 2022 (10:21 am), via email. I received a response the same day at 1:13 pm requesting I submit pictures of the item and the tags. I sent the requested pictures that same day at 1:41 pm. I have not heard from the company ever since. I have sent 4 emails and have not received a response to any of them. These emails were sent on 1/14th, 1/19th, 1/24th, and 1/26th. All I want is my money back. Their website says you can submit a form and pay $5 for a return however I should not have to lose money to return an item since the company made the mistake in sending me the wrong item. At this point, I don't know how to resolve the issue since the company will not respond to my emails and they don't have a phone number listed. Order #******Initial Complaint

Ordered 2 hoodies on 12/7/21. Guaranteed delivery by 12/25 per Ivy since my ordered was placed by 12/8/21. Item charged cc and shipped out 12/27 per bustedtees tracking. Arrival date given 12/31/21. Today is 1/4/22 and no hoodies. At this point I would like a full refund including shipping. As one recipient is returning to school. Please help. They are very slow responding and haven't heard back as to status. Feel scammed. Refund please!Business response

I ordered 4 shirts from busted Tees on 5/10/21 (order 11**05) They were dispatched to UPS on 24/10/21 (tracking number ******************). I followed up with BustedTees on 10/12/21 as the order had not been received and there was no update from tracking from 01/12/21. BustedTees stopped responding to my queries and would not assist. I finally heard from UPS that the package had been sent by a 3rd party and that it had been returned to the sender (Bustedtees) on 01/12/21. I advised Busted Tees of this and asked for a refund and they have not responded since. I would just like my money refunded.Business response

I placed an order with Bustedtees.com for some T-shirts intended as Christmas gifts. I placed the order on December 10th. The shipping policy states that items ship in 3-7 business days. After Christmas came and went and my order had not even shipped yet, I emailed the company to attempt to cancel my order. In reply, I received, what I assume is a computer generated reply, as it arrived one minute later, saying they were behind due to volume and would notify me when my items shipped. I replied I no longer wanted the items and wished to cancel my order. I received no reply after that. Today I resent my cancelation request and received the exact same computer generated response. I replied again, not interested, please cancel, and again received no additional reply. They clearly have no intentions of allowing me to cancel my order, of refunding my money, or fulfilling my order.Business response

Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel or make changes to your order as it is already in production or has been shipped. All of our products are printed on demand at the time that each customer orders. This information was provided on the website at the time your order was placed.
If you are no longer interested in receiving the item(s), please refuse delivery by writing "REFUSED" on the outside of the unopened package and have it sent back to us as a Return to Sender Package. It will be treated as a regular return, and you may choose a store credit or a refund.
Both store credit and refund amounts will not include the shipping amount originally paid to receive the product.
There is a $5 restocking fee per item for returns. This fee is waived if you want a store credit, but will be deducted from refund amounts.
We do hope you'll keep the order however, as we're sure you'll love it when you receive it!

I ordered 10 t-shirts on December 6th with the website saying the products would be delivered within a week. All communication has stopped. I've tried contacting them without success. I want my money returned.Business response

In regards to order ****** * customer has made zero contact with our company . Tracking shows order was delivered on December 31, 2021 at 10:15 am by USPS. We understand the delivery was late , and at this time we have refunded the shipping cost of $27.88Customer response

I placed an online order at bustedtees.com on 12/8/21 for 2 t-shirts and 2 stickers for an intended Christmas present. The subtotal was $69.96 with a coupon of $13.99 off the total order price. I paid $12.47 for shipping. The total for the order was USD $68.44. According to the company's shipping policy, "You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided which will contain either tracking information or a U.S. Customs number. UPS domestic usually takes 3-7 business days. UPS international can take 2-8 weeks." I am domestic, so I was under the impression I would receive these items prior to Christmas, likely several days prior. On 12/22/21, I realized I never received an email with shipping information. I emailed ************************ with a request for status if my order. I received an immediate reply with tracking information, given a "sorry" message and a coupon for a future order. Solid business service would've been proactively sending an email saying the delivery would be delayed. I am without part of a gift for Christmas now, which I paid shipping for, and I am super disappointed.Business response

I have emailed the company trying to figure out if my two shirts will arrive before Christmas but I'm not getting any response. On November 19 I ordered a hoodie and two t-shirts and paid $17.97 in shipping for a total of $101.95 USD ($130..30 CAD). No where during the ordering process did it say that international shipments (to *******) would be 6-weeks or that their tracking would cease at the border. After I paid and the order was committed did the recipes tell me it would be 2 weeks. It is now more than a month and the tracking they gave me is broken. Their Customer service points fingers at the post office but it is the Seller who is responsible. I want my money back or I want the tees and I want them before Xmas. AS THIS WAS PURCHASED MID NOVEMBER WITH A GUARANTEED DELIVERY BEFORE XMAS. I have read other reviews now and see this is a consistent problem with this business and their customer service people are uneducated in business or how to treat PAYING customers. Bought two (2) hoodies from these guys on 10/31/21. Hoodies arrived with no problem. After looking at them and trying them on I discovered both were of poor manufacturing quality. The colors of the printed designs were faded and washed out, overall size of XL was larger than any previous XL hoodies I've ever seen and the inside seams of the sleeves had elevated ridges at the wrist that scratched my wrists when wearing. I have been a long time customer of Busted Tees, ordered XL hoodies from them previously and never had this issue. Contacted them about the issue, they were quick to respond initially and asked for photos that captured the problem. I sent the photos to them via email on Nov 14 and sadly they have never replied again. In total I sent at least six (6) follow up emails with no response. Finally I decided to just return the hoodies for a refund. I packaged the hoodies according to the directions on their web site and sent them back. This was now toward the end November. As of today, still no refund. I have sent several additional email messages regarding the status of the return and they simply don't respond. Order number was ******* Will try disputing the charge with my CC company.Business response

I found the tracking info and sent to them, so far no response. I even got info from UPS indicating some guy named ****** picked it up and signed for it at their dock. Bottom line, responsiveness is poor and I'm not certain they will refund my money. I will keep this open until I see the refund to my CC.
