    Salesman ******* was great. Even came to Owosso and picked me up. Did most of the transaction over the phone and text because I was an hour away, and they had the car I wanted after scouring every listing between Owosso and ********. However, these guys dont haggle whatsoever. Wouldnt even throw in a front plate mount thats only a handful of bucks, and they kinda dodged me/brushed me off when I asked to talk to someone to talk about it. Everyone isnt that guy, ya know. Have attempted multiple times to contact and make very very reasonable, cheap resolutions to the issue in which Ive been ghosted. Requests for a corporate number have been pawned off. Would recommend this dealership overall, and my salesman *******, but dont expect any deals or an over the top experience and watch out for the slimy sales managers.

    Ive been going to a complete nightmare with this dealership since February. On February 12th, I took my vehicle to the dealership for a possible oil change and to check my car for possible repairs. I was informed of the service department being booked up and was scheduled for an appointment for February 22nd. I took my car on the 22nd and after a review verified that my transmission is going out and im totally covered and they are immediately ordering the parts. The representative is ****************. On Saturday, February 24th, a text was received to the incorrect phone line stating services are ready and to schedule my appointment for repairs. I immediately called and received no answer. I called on the following Monday and Tuesday after various times and kept getting voicemail for the ******************* I finally got a hold of a representative in the ****************** on Thursday the 29th, and the woman told me ***** is busy and my parts are already ordered. I wanted a week later and contacted the service department again and the representative routed me directly to the **************** where I spoke with a manager named ***. He informed me that there are no service orders for my parts listed in my name nor my car. I went up by Friday, March 8th and was advised that the parts are still not in and to bring my car back in for testing for they can order parts, which they already told me parts were ordered. I bought my car back up by March 15th, for they can go over the same testing and further informed they will be ordering the parts. I called and left a message on their ****************** voicemail on March 20th to follow up and receive a call back from ***** on the 21st stating once again the parts are not in and not on backorder. I went up on April 3rd and ***** told me this time that its still in order and wouldnt give me an order number and stated it will now be two months. I feel like I'm getting the total run around.

    I was recently in here to get my snow tires. I was so happy with how I was greeted by the sales team. The fast friendly service I got from the service department. The beautiful waiting room, with fresh coffee. The best experience with a dealership I have ever had!

    In any ratings, the factual events and data matter. In this review, the key point is the attendant's behavior and the scheduling problem in which the dealership tends to ignore the customer's time. For a top-dollar new car, you would expect decent service.We bought two cars, a 2017 and a 2021.Of course, cashing out was fast and speedy.But the problem shows up at the ******************* the most important factor of owning a car, maintenance.The Kicks model came with a slight wind noise from the passenger side door while driving. When I reported it at the first oil change, the response from the shop was it will settle eventually. But it just got worst. After the third oil change, I asked for a schedule for this problem to be looked at. The attendance at the time gave a hint that the Nissan Engineer will be on site on a given date, so I accepted that date. When I arrived at the given time, 8 AM, on the scheduled date, the other attendant indicated that the other attendant does not know about the shop schedule, only the oil change schedule, so she took my car as a drop-off, rather than a scheduled one, and told me that there are three more cars ahead of me, and I have to wait. Oh, by the way, this dealer does not offer any rides, so you have to have a ride back home or from home.When I made an inquiry as to why I had to wait for three other cars ahead of me since my car was scheduled, the response was: "well your call is a drop-off, and has to wait in line." when I stated: "then what is the scheduling for, isn't that supposed to hold a window for my car to be worked on?" the response was: I understand you are frustrated, would you like to have a coffee? Remember, buying a car takes a day or so, but maintenance is a long way before you exchange the car.

    We brought a used vehicle and they made a lot of promises. They didn't keep some of the promises, they stole the hitch off the vehicle when we put some money down on that day. We had to took them to court. They never show for court case. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy any vehicles from there. They have no communication skill at all and plus the financial manager (*******) is a two face. I give you a sample when you talk to him he talks nice but when you signs papers tables turns he gets different personality. General manager at that place didn't shake our hands and say hi that's how they run business there it's sad
