Look, This pains me to do this. On 02 Nov 2021, B&H Transport picked-up an old ******************* Freezer that was to be forward to****************************************************** was to be restored. On 21 Nov, after waiting 24 hours, ***** drop off a partial item that was pick-up from *** I say 24 hours cause after I CALLED HIM, ***** said he will arrive at my home on Sat. 20 Nov at 930am, **** time. He then called at 430pm said he won't be at my home til about 1030pm, ***** call at 1040pm said he needed to get some rest, he will be at my home around Mid-night. ***** call again said he's at my address, I said he's not, I looked out window, he then said he's in *************** he will arrive the next day Sunday, Thats when I asked about the freezer and he got MAD, he called me crazy, This is why Im telling this story, Cause he will BLAME ME and say I'm the bad guy, Now Sunday the 21 Nov 2021 ***** arrived at my home, ***** was looking for a fight, I can tell with his demeanor, I asked about my freezer and reminded him that 18 days have passed and he cussed me out, and got personnel. ***** told me that the Freezer will be delivered in a week and half and Im a bother and I shouldn't call, He said follow his business on Facebook.. He told me that he should just DUMP my item from ** on the street. He said he will deliver the freezer when he can, ***** said that he got flat tire and a lack of a driver. Look, we both fought and said some things, Thats fine, I understand that, But Ive called, emailed and texted ***** and I hear NOTHING from B&H Transport. Don't I have the right to ask questions??. ***** (B&H Transport) and his wife was paid in full at my house on 02 Nov 2021 ($650.00) via ******. Why won't ***** (B&H Transport) call of email me and Communicate with his customer, (ME)?. He's mad at me, He's in the wrong business!. Look, I wish ***** would do his job and deliver my Freezer to *** I Will NEVER use his service again, NEVER!... Thank you!....Business response
