ADHD ONLINE- does not care about the people and patients they serve at all. I started in October 2023 with a mandatory exam which was $300+ (even if you had a previous diagnosis, as I’ve been diagnosed since I was 20 years old). Then they require appointments with their prescribers which are $170 & you need it every 3 months but I somehow paid every month! The 1st month everything was great- I did the evaluation & got my diagnosis. I got my meds for a month & that was great. I asked for a refill in advance & got them refilled so 0 issues the first 3 mos! The issues started after I went to request my 4th RX & never stopped. They blocked me & I had to BOOK & PAY the $170 before they would even consider filling my rx. My appt lasted <5m & the 1st provider I saw had moved on & was no longer with the company. The new provider was impersonal & FAST. She also MADE ME SEE HER AGAIN the NEXT MONTH- another $200 WASTED! Refills became IMPOSSIBLE at this point! Nothing was filled on time- therefore I kept missing meds! I would have to submit many requests & even then- it still went unfilled. It was the SAME issue EVERY MONTH- when requesting refills. WHAT AN AWFUL system. My next appt & SURPRISE: it was a NEW provider. I paid the $170 & they sent the WRONG RX so I was unable to pick them up. So I paid $170 for NOTHING. Usually that’s 3 months of meds- but I didn’t even get 1 month worth because I SUDDENLY get an email saying we no longer have providers in my state & then that was IT!!! They claimed they would have a new one in 2 weeks & it’s been months & NOTHING No Courtesy refill because of the lack of providers- NOTHING! THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH ANY ASSISTANCE OR HELP FROM THAT POINT ON. NO transferring of my care. NO FORWARDING MY RXS TO A PARTNER COMPANY. NOTHING AT ALL. SO NOW after spending over 1k for visits & assessments- I basically have to start over with another online provider. I also got burned $170 at the end!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly appreciate you taking the time to provide this valuable insight, as it helps us identify areas for improvement in our overall patient experience.

Recently, the Rhode ******************************* implemented changes that affect the scope of practice for nurse practitioners. As a result, Nurse Practitioners are no longer permitted to manage ongoing ADHD treatment in ************ via tele-health, which has impacted the way we are able to provide care in that state. We want to emphasize that these changes were beyond our control, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disruption this may have caused.

We also recognize the importance of continuity of care, and we are committed to finding ways to better assist our patients, particularly in light of these new regulations. If you would like help transferring care or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to assist you moving forward.

Again, we apologize for any difficulties you may have faced. Your feedback is important to us as we work to improve our services and the patient experience for everyone we serve.

Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you the best moving forward.

The service I received significantly deviated from what was advertised. ADHD Online claims to offer a thorough, detailed clinical evaluation that is recognized and accepted by doctors nationwide. However, the reality was far different, with multiple issues constituting a bait-and-switch and false advertising. 1. Misrepresentation of Medical Acceptance: One of the key selling points advertised by ADHD Online was that the results would be accepted by medical professionals across the country. However, after receiving the assessment report, I discovered that this claim is untrue. Several doctors I consulted did not recognize or accept the results, deeming the report inadequate for clinical purposes. This false claim was a major factor in my decision to purchase the service, and its failure to deliver on this promise is a clear case of misrepresentation.2. Bait-and-Switch Advertising: ADHD Online's advertising emphasizes a comprehensive, personalized evaluation, but the product delivered was anything but that. After submitting my assessment at 6:30 p.m. Central Time on 8/27, I received a report less than an hour later, by 7:38 p.m. It is not plausible that my responses were thoroughly reviewed in such a short time. The report was generic, rushed, and failed to provide any meaningful clinical insight or individualized recommendations. The rapid turnaround and poor quality suggest the service provided is far from the "comprehensive" evaluation promised in the advertising materials.3. Under the consumer protection act, it is unlawful for a business to make false representations regarding a product's characteristics or benefits, which is exactly what occurred here. Specifically it prohibits misleading representations about a products acceptability in medical practices and false representations regarding a product's characteristics and benefits, such as the promise of a detailed and clinically valuable report.

Hi ****, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I hope I can offer some information as well as some clarity on a few things. 1) ADHD Online cannot guarantee that a provider will accept the results of its assessment but providers all around the country have accepted the assessment. In situations where a provider does not accept the result, we are happy to have our clinical team contact the provider to answer any questions they may have about our assessment process. Please send an email to [email protected] to arrange a meeting. 2) The assessment includes more than a dozen clinically validated screeners and includes a question bank of over 600 questions. Answers are relayed to the psychologist in such a way that allows a provider to efficiently review responses and make the necessary diagnosis. The time it takes to do this varies considerably depending on a variety of factors. We are sorry to hear that you felt the report was unsatisfactory. We are always looking to improve and engage in regular quality improvement efforts. If you would like to reach out to us at 888-493-2343 M-F 9a-5p, we'd be happy to discuss this with you as well.

After reading some of the reviews on here, I wanted to write one myself to talk about the positive experience I've had. I have struggled my whole life with symptoms I didn't know were ADHD until I became an adult. It is very common for these symptoms to be overlooked in women when they're young since most ADHD studies were conducted with male participants until very recently. It took me three days to complete the assessment (with frequent breaks because.. you know.. ADHD) and I received my results the next day from a psychologist licensed in Michigan. I brought my results to my PCP and they reviewed the full 30+ page report with me to discuss my options moving forward. My only complaint is that I didn't seek help sooner; I can only imagine how much easier my life could have been had I found the help I needed while I was still in school.

This company is aweful. I was told by my medical provider to use this company to get a quick adhd diagnosis because it was believed that was what I was suffering from instead of anxiety. Several attempts at treatment for anxiety over several years didnt work. After taking assessment, Doctor claimed I had insomnia even though I reported getting 7-8 hours of sleep at night, plus naps when possible. He also claimed I was significantly depressed even though I never reported any depression symptoms. Said I didnt prove symptoms occurred before age 12 either. Contacted customer services and they said to submit and email explaining my symptoms and why I didnt agree with doctors diagnosis. After submitting info, I didnt hear anything back for almost 2 weeks. Contacted support again and they said they would contact doctor. Doctor almost immediately responded with same diagnosis, saying even though I showed all symptoms, he was NOT changing his diagnosis. Its extremely frustrating to pay for a service and be told yeah you show all the symptoms, but Im gonna say youre severely depressed and an insomniac even though thats 100% false. Now customer service wont even answer when I call. *** left several voicemails with no return call. I believe the doctor got mad when I reported that he had not done his job properly. I believe that he is also not trained in womens adhd symptoms. I also feel like this is a result of a man in power trying to belittle a woman that is trying to get help for her condition to make her life better. All in all I cant believe that in trying to improve my quality of life, I have been treated like this. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I have already told my healthcare provider what happened and to not refer anyone else to this company. This is why so many women dont try to receive treatment. We are always belittled and told we are crazy, depressed, etc. I give this company 0 stars.

All of our psychologists are knowledgable in how ADHD presents in both men and women, as well as the variations in symptoms for each stage of life. We have no concerns whatsoever regarding their ability to accurately evaluate the assessments assigned to them. Typically, our psychologists will include the reasoning why they could not make a diagnosis, as well as their recommendations for further care. I would highly recommend thoroughly reviewing their notes and findings in the section “Diagnoses, Recommendations and Evaluation Notes” to better understand the specifics of the recommendations for you.

After reviewing the support tickets in your account, I cannot see any voicemails that we did not respond to, nor any open tickets still pending resolution. If you are submitting tickets under a separate email or phone number, that may be why. However, it is worth noting that patients calling in must leave a voicemail to generate a ticket if they are unable to hold. You can press 1 at any time while on hold to be automatically directed to leave a voicemail.
There is no further action to be taken on our side. If you would like direct assistance, please contact our office at 888-493-2343 M-F 9a-5p EST.

Currently 9:15 ET and their phone system is still off. So I cannot call to get an update on a prescription that was incorrectly put through almost 1 week ago. I was told yesterday the issue would be fixed that same day. If you are going to be a reputable company please turn your phone system on after 9am ET. And any update on my issue being resolved?

Hi ********, we apologize if you were not able to get through to our phone lines. Sometimes we do have a wait when multiple people are calling at the same time. If the hold time is too long, please always feel free to leave us a voicemail or request a callback and we'd be happy to reach back out to you.

You made me pay for an assessment, only to force me to see a different provider in person, who will make me take in another evaluation and handle my case. So this whole service is a waste of money, where you shuffle people who need help, taking advantage of the ignorance of their treatment options, in addition to the nontransparent costs associated with doing business.

This service has been terrible. It has been 2 weeks and I have spent $600 and was diagnosed with ADHD through them and have proof of an ADHD diagnosis from many years *** and I was even prescribed medication for this ADHD many years ago and they have still not gave me any medication at all. This whole process has been very troublesome and has made me very upset and frustrated and just overall sad and disappointed.

***************, thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. Typically speaking, our providers are only able to prescribe to our patients if it is appropriate and safe to do so. Providers may request prior medical records to ensure we have all of our bases covered and can provide the most ethical care to our patients as possible. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to our office directly!

Scam. Despite taking the assessment and receiving a diagnosis of "Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, predominantly inattentive type" the doctor I met with completely dismissed the assessment results and my responses, attempted to pin the adhd symptoms on my depression, and refused to provide any treatment.

Hi *****, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. Generally speaking, some instances may arise for a patient where seeing an in-person provider is the best option. If a provider makes this decision, it is only for the benefit and safety of the patient and the symptoms reported. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach us at (888) 493-2343 so we can address your concerns directly, thank you!

I am on my second month of treatment and have a good experience. It's straight forward, you take the assessment, schedule and pay for your appointment, and then meet with your doctor. I have not had to deal with customer service, so I can not speak about their level of service. Lodico has answered every question I have had and even went into great detail on some thing I was curious about and wanted clarification on.

horrible experience. This company needs to be formally investigated for medical malpractice and medical negligence. They are a fraudulent company that does not operate under the medical guidelines and will prescribe you medication and then stop responding. They have blocked my phone number and do not respond to any emails or requests. It is like trying to communicate with a child. DO NOT use this company whatever you do. They are a horrible medical provider and need to be sued with a class action lawsuit for medical negligence and gross negligence.
