1 starThis service has been terrible. It has been 2 weeks and I have spent $600 and was diagnosed with ADHD through them and have proof of an ADHD diagnosis from many years *** and I was even prescribed medication for this ADHD many years ago and they have still not gave me any medication at all. This whole process has been very troublesome and has made me very upset and frustrated and just overall sad and disappointed.

Despite taking the assessment and receiving a diagnosis of "Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, predominantly inattentive type" the doctor I met with completely dismissed the assessment results and my responses, attempted to pin the adhd symptoms on my depression, and refused to provide any treatment.ADHD Online

5 starsI am on my second month of treatment and have a good experience. It's straight forward, you take the assessment, schedule and pay for your appointment, and then meet with your doctor. I have not had to deal with customer service, so I can not speak about their level of service. Lodico has answered every question I have had and even went into great detail on some thing I was curious about and wanted clarification on.Review fromConnor O

1 starhorrible experience. This company needs to be formally investigated for medical malpractice and medical negligence. They are a fraudulent company that does not operate under the medical guidelines and will prescribe you medication and then stop responding. They have blocked my phone number and do not respond to any emails or requests. It is like trying to communicate with a child. DO NOT use this company whatever you do. They are a horrible medical provider and need to be sued with a class action lawsuit for medical negligence and gross negligence.ADHD Online

5 starsADHDonline was a life saver for me when I discovered their services two years ago. My life improved tremendously after being diagnosed and treated for ADHD which I’m truly grateful for. However I’m more grateful for Dr. Holliday and the way she has treated and continuously worked with me these past two years and is honestly the only reason I’m willing to keep paying more and more for appointments as they continue to get more expensive and becomes difficult for me to afford. 1 starThey literally ignored every symptom. I specifically wrote I'm only currently anxious BECAUSE I'm failing school due to my symptoms and they dismissed me and diagnosed me with anxiety and depression. $180 for absolutely nothing. 1 starMy experience is the same as everyone else. This company provides help and meds for mental health. You are not supposed to skip days or miss medication. My current pharmacy is out. I put in a transfer request to transfer my script to the only pharmacy in town that has it. 24 hours have passed and no response. I reach out to see what is going on. Today is Friday. I was told 24-48 hours for them to respond. Well they can respond to argue, belittle you, and tell you "well tough". A real brick-and-mortar office will have the prescription transfer done in minutes or give you a script to take to your pharmacy of choice. Not here. You have to wait. Now it is Friday at 5 and they are closed. That means now Monday at the earliest before I can get my meds filled. That means at least 4 days (if it gets done Monday) with no meds. This is after spending $199 for a consult, and an additional $199 for another virtual consult that is good for 30 days. A regular office would have been a single $130 visit and much better customer service. Now the only response I have gotten is "would you like to keep your request open or go to a different provider". Again they can respond with threats and arguing but not to help.Review fromTiona M
