ADHDonline was a life saver for me when I discovered their services two years ago. My life improved tremendously after being diagnosed and treated for ADHD which I’m truly grateful for. However I’m more grateful for Dr. Holliday and the way she has treated and continuously worked with me these past two years and is honestly the only reason I’m willing to keep paying more and more for appointments as they continue to get more expensive and becomes difficult for me to afford. Overall besides the price increase, I’m extremely happy and grateful for the services, support and treatment I’ve received through adhdonline.

Total scam. The doctor wouldn’t listen, was very argumentative and didn’t help. What a waste of $400! Complete and total scam.

They literally ignored every symptom. I specifically wrote I'm only currently anxious BECAUSE I'm failing school due to my symptoms and they dismissed me and diagnosed me with anxiety and depression. $180 for absolutely nothing. Apparently they're a known scam under a new name!

My experience is the same as everyone else. This company provides help and meds for mental health. You are not supposed to skip days or miss medication. My current pharmacy is out. I put in a transfer request to transfer my script to the only pharmacy in town that has it. 24 hours have passed and no response. I reach out to see what is going on. Today is Friday. I was told 24-48 hours for them to respond. Well they can respond to argue, belittle you, and tell you "well tough". A real brick-and-mortar office will have the prescription transfer done in minutes or give you a script to take to your pharmacy of choice. Not here. You have to wait. Now it is Friday at 5 and they are closed. That means now Monday at the earliest before I can get my meds filled. That means at least 4 days (if it gets done Monday) with no meds. This is after spending $199 for a consult, and an additional $199 for another virtual consult that is good for 30 days. A regular office would have been a single $130 visit and much better customer service. Now the only response I have gotten is "would you like to keep your request open or go to a different provider". Again they can respond with threats and arguing but not to help.

Easily one of the worst "telehealth" experiences of my life. Dr A is an argumentative *******. ADHD will diagnosis you then when talking to a doctor, the doctor will brow beat you, belittle you, make demeaning comments and on top of this argue the diagnosis another doctor has written. I was there for ADHD help, and all Dr ******* Allen did was beat me up for a nonrelated depression issue that's well handled. Run background checks on their doctors, only 1 of them can actually pass... That's who you're dealing with, that's who's hands your relying on... People that can't even take care of themselves. They just want your money, that's it. This website shouldn't exist. Telehealth DOES NOT WORK. Wolves disguised as sheep.

After paying an initial appointment fee of like 250$ you will be seen and diagnosed. They will give you a prescription for one month and tell you you need to book an appointment the next month to get more. That appointment will be 170$ and be a 5 minute zoom call. They will only prescribe for 3 months so every 3 months you pay your 170$ for the 5 minute call to keep your prescription going. You do not have any means of communicating eith the psychiatrist other than this zoom call. If you need to contact them you will have to submit a zendesk ticket and in 2-5 days a customer service person will relay your message to the psychiatrist. They will then message you what the psychiatrist said and if you need to reply expect another 2-5 days for them to parrot your message over again.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. For clarification, our ADHD assessment itself is $179, if we offer medication management in a patient's state and they are diagnosed as having ADHD, Anxiety or Depression, the initial appointment is $199 and all follow ups are $169. After the first 30 day follow up appointment, patients are typically on the 90 day follow up schedule after that so our providers can meet with their patients for routine medication checks.
For most inquiries it can take between 24-48 hours for our support staff to respond to a ticket and our providers also have that 24-48 hour window to respond to our messages themselves. If a patient is in need of more immediate assistance, we do advise them to call our office and speak with someone directly so we can appropriately expedite any requests that need a faster response. It is also very important that patients submit the correct type of ticket so it is routed to the appropriate department. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our office at (888) 493-2343 M-F 9a-5p EST, thank you!

The provider was fine. **************** is unlike anything I have ever experienced. Getting in touch with anyone is difficult and when you do, prepare for complete and utter disappointment. Unprofessional, rude and not patient center in any way. Run! Dont waste your hard earned money or your time with this company.

They will take your money for a diagnosis before telling you that there is no participating provider in your state. This should've been the first qualifying question before asking you to perform assessment. Wow. Good luck with these people.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. Being assessed for ADHD and being treated for ADHD are two separate services altogether. We apologize for any frustration this has caused. For any potential patients, we do advise them to review our website, under the treatment overview tab is where they can check to see what services are offered in which states. We hope you have a great weekend!
