In 2021, TLC did some landscape design work & planting for **. Six trees immediately showed signs of needle cast, but TLC told us to continue to water. We did, but in spring 2022 the arborist they hired determined that the trees could not be saved & should be replaced. TLC reminded us that their contract only allows replacement one time. In summer of 2022 the trees were replaced w/the advice that we contract w/a tree service company, at our expense, to keep the trees healthy. None of the other trees on our 2+ acre property have ever needed this, but a company was hired. On the day that new trees were planted, it was obvious that they had significant dead areas also, but TLC told us that was probably from the heat of the truck during transport. The tree company we hired (that they recommended) came out to take samples, twice, & found both needle cast & an insect infestation in the new trees. TLC was notified, shown ********* ********** this with the tree company themselves. They informed us they would notify their supplier, but their contract only allowed replacement 1 time, so we were on our own to have these trees removed & replaced, an expense of thousands of dollars. In 2023 we were informed that the trees were probably not going to survive. At this time we sought legal advice. The attorney recommended we contact TLC 1 more time, since we never actually received the product we paid for (6, healthy trees) in the 2 years we'd been working with TLC. At that point, TLC agreed to refund our money for the trees, labor, wood chips that we paid for, etc. They sent us a check along w/a letter asking us to remove all previous, negative, online reviews. This review is in response to that request. While we appreciate the refund issued, TLC had no intention of refunding us or standing behind their defective products had we not sought legal counsel in an effort to obtain what we had initially paid for or a refund for the 12 dying trees planted over the span of almost 2 years.

Tender Lawn Care is the best! I’ve used TLC for my homes lawn maintenance for the past few years and I can’t say enough about the TLC team. Everyone on their team seems to genuinely care about what they’re doing. The mowing crew shows up weekly and leaves my lawn looking clean and sharp, and we’re always taken care of in the fall with leaf removal. The fertilizer program leaves my lawn looking healthy and weed free all season long. The office staff is always available and responsive with any requests or concerns. I’m always recommending TLC to friends and family and will continue to do so.

We have utilized this company for many years, and at two different homes within the ************ area. We are thrilled with their work and have opted to transition all parts of our landscaping and landscape maintenance to them for the last six years. We've had them do mowing, leaf clean up, weed control, fertilizer, special landscape jobs, mosquito spraying, wood bark, plantings, and more. Staff is super friendly and we have the best looking yard in our development. They work hard, and leave our property better than they found it every single time. We've been so happy with them that we've now got others on our street using them too!

We have had Tender Lawn Care for several years. Yearly they provide our mowing, fertilizing, and planting bed maintenance. It is so nice to have a company that truly cares about providing the best service possible. Our lawn has never looked better. This past year we also had them do a large landscaping job that consisted of boulders, many trees and plants, wood bark, and a patio. I can not believe how smoothly the process was and how good the finished result is. I would recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance to projects.
