  Bought a dryer in Nov 2021 and no longer working. By the time we pay for a service call, diagnostic and parts and labour would cost the same of a new machine!! Ridiculous!!!

  Very disappointed! My front load washer machine has been broken down since February! ***************************** (3 rd party company) has send someone out **** times (last time yesterday). Now we are replacing something else--have to wait on the parts again and then have to wait on again scheduling a time!Called Maytag customer service --where they tell us to call to get help--what a joke! Even the tech can not believe how this is playing out! (again, This has been going on since February!)Someone needs to step up and do something! Talk about laundry piling up.

  I purchased a Maytag washing machine 3 years ago keeping in mind that our family would be expanding and we would need a reliable machine. My grandmothers Maytag washing machine is 20 years old and works just as well as when she purchased it. My mothers Maytag washing machine is almost 10 years old and she never had a problem with it. Unfortunately, the reliability of Maytag seems to be a distant memory as I was told by Maytag service repair that after 3 years the control panel was shot in my washer and would need an entire replacement totaling the cost of a new machine. Being a new mother is difficult enough without having to now worry about how Im going to clean my childs clothes while my washing machine sits useless in the basement. I cant say how disappointed I am in this product and after calling customer service its clear that Maytag does not stand behind its name in reliability anymore.

  I ordered a commercial washer and gas dryer set directly from Maytag.com 4/4/23 to be deliveried in OKLA. When they told me ***************** would be the delivery service a bout had a heart attack. There is no TRUCK sign on my street. I had no idea that **** had a small truck delivery fleight in ***, **. They showed up early with out a scratch and brought it right in 4/14/23 9:45 a.m. Easyest delivery ever. My hats off to *****************!!!

  We bought a Maytag just over two years ago. Turns out the water dribbling out on the cold cycle was a problem from the start but the whole wash process was so odd we didnt perceive the problem. Recently it wouldnt cycle at all so we called a Maytag authorized service person at a cost of $149.00. He told us we needed a new water valve which would cost about $500.00 but he recommended we just get another washer. So to sum up we paid $600.00 for a washer that never worked right and $149.00 to have someone tell us it was junk. I called Maytag and they said because we hadnt paid for an extended warranty we we out of luck but as a courtesy they would give us a 15% discount on a new Maytag. No thanks. I plan to spend the rest of my life spreading the word that Maytags are pure junk.

  Purchased a Maytag MVW7230HC0 April 13, 2020. Stopped working last Saturday with a load locked inside. Today, repairman tells me it's going to cost almost $600 to repair, not too far away from what I purchased it for. Do not buy this product.

  Refrigerator freezer door broke in less than 2 year, refrigerator butter bin door broke, microwave started to rust within 2 years, self cleaning oven doers not lock, and is designed to clear with steam. (Does not clean PERIOD!!) This is the poorest quality appliances Ive ever had.

  We recently purchased a Maytag washer and dryer which were delivered on March 10, 2023. Right from day one we had problems with the washer. No matter what we select for the wash level, the drum fills up to the lowest level, which is about 1/4 of the full drum size. All the clothes end up twisted together like the ropes on the dock for the Titanic. Our clothes are not going to last long if we continue to use this washer. Also, during the drain cycle, the washer vibrates and dances. A representative from the appliance store came to our house on March 27, 2023 and advised us to set the water level on "Deep Fill," no matter what level of wash we want. So, the next time we did a wash, we set the "Deep Fill" button on "high" and as soon as we do that the level reverts to low and the same thing happens to our clothes. Tomorrow we plan on going back to the appliances store and asking them to come and remove the washer so we can buy an ** or a Speed Queen.

  Maytag washing machine designing engineers not living in the real world. Do they ever test the machine they designed can wash the clothes clean ? Here are some examples:1. Not enough water filled in, and no mode designed allow people to modify adding more water, every load have to re rinse, even use double rinse mode.2. After the clothes dried, we have to check every piece, and hand-touch here and there to wipe out the soap not rinse out clean, stuck on clothes. Is that annoy! You simply cannot trust the washing machine doing washing. 3. We feel to be cheated, buying this machine based on its so called Maytag " fame " , that is totally a false sense. 4. We really miss our old whirlpool, it worked perfect, 100 times better than " Maytag" .5. We talked to the company, the only answer is "WE ARE SORRY." We do suggest people never buy Maytag washing machine.
