    Excellent property management company, they communicate quickly and address even complicated issues very well. I have been using them for over 2 years and have had quite a few problem properties to work through with them and they have consistently been the best property management company I have ever used.

    Terrible property management company. Disorganized and does the bare minimum. Communication id terrible with whoever they subcontract with for maintenance and the office directly.

    First of all stay away from being involved with this company in anyway. Lighthouse Properties should not be allowed to manage anything! Never had such a terrible rental experience. It took them 3 weeks on average to respond to anything. I had a ******* living under my house and despite work orders through their portal and several phone calls it took them a month and a half to address it. I was without a stove and oven for over 6 months. I didn't even have a stove or oven upon moving out. The staff is unprofessional and very rude. I can't believe companies like this are allowed to do business but go figure! Keep in mind this is how they treat a tenant that cares for the property and always payed rent on time. I really hope you take this review seriously and stay clear of this unprofessional disgusting company. As an owner I hope you do not even consider this company handling any property that you own.
