They stole my car!!! My car was repossessed, and I paid the necessary fees to get it back, I spoke with someone on 07/16/24 and was advised that my car was still in Wisconsin (near my home) I called (documented and saved for my records) 16 times and no one answered, even left a message on 07/17/24. I was finally able to reach someone on 07/18/24 at 8:12 am and was advised my car had been sent to an auction in Chicago. I called and asked to speak with a supervisor and Alexis left me on hold for 12 minutes before she hung up on me, I called back and was met with Alexis again where she immediately hung up on me again. I was never able to speak with a supervisor. I emailed David, Clovie, Steven and Sarah making them aware of the situation and of course no response back. I've met with a lawyer and was advised with the documents and documentation that I have WE INFACT HAVE A CASE!!! Please be aware of this company if your vehicle is ever placed here!!

This company is the worst, my vehicle was repossessed, Friday after Thanksgiving the company that they hired to repo the car did not have a care in the world, that me and my child was out in the cold, and the company that they hired to get my car, did not put my car on a flat bed or anything, they just drove my car to the tow yard. The company that they hired to do the work was called ******** in Somerset KY. I called Loss Prevention Services several times after my payment was made to find out where my car was the rep's did not see any paperwork in the system or anything so they could not give me any information. Then on Tuesday they finally gave me the information on where my car was located. I went to go and get it and come to find out the repo company went through my whole entire car and vandalized the inside of my car, the repo also left 3 metal brackets in my car that was never in my, they stole my jewelry as well. I have called Loss Prevention several times and every time I called I was told that a manager was going to call me back. I never got a call back from them. So as of today, I finally got a call back from Bre to let me know that she is going to send me a form via email, and she is going to email the company to see if they have my items, and if they do not then they are going to give me the money back for my items. However the principle of this matter is that the tow yard drove my car, and I told her about that and she did not say anything about that. I also told her that my car is now driving funny and she did not address those issues at hand. So whatever you do try to avoid this company loss prevention services and any tow company that they deal with. They do not care about people and their personal property. This company needs to be shut down and never to re-open again!!!

I have been going back and forth with this company because my car was repossessed I paid my finance company to get my car out with in three days just to find out they went thru my car and bagged up everything and my gold chains and pendents are missing but they wrote on the paper they had them, I opened up a claim just to be denied and now I have to take legal actions to get my jewelry back because their trying to claim they didnt have my jewelry but I have a witness and field a police report, and important paperwork is missing but Im not worried about that. I just wanted my jewelry back, however, I'm not letting this company get away with stealing from me and thinking theyre going to get away with it.

29 phone calls to get one person to answer the phone, in the incorrect department. It was 1 PM PST on a Friday, but regardless, they were open so it should not just ring and ring with no hope of someone picking up! The agent who answered was able to help me, thank goodness.

My car was repossessed from inside my locked and closed Garage 2 nights ago. The tow man pryed my garage door open and damaged my property to obtain my vehicle, It was 2:30 am, I was at work and my 17 year old daughter was inside absolutely terrified. They then left my garage wide open for anyone that wanted to to come on into my home with my children inside. They are highly unprofessional and basically were breaking and entering my home to be able to get my car. Ive called them 2 days and no one got back with me, when I fully did get ahold of someone she sent me to a voicemail to handle the matter. There was no apology explanation or anything. Very unprofessional talking and just lack of care.
