    Financed 4/2024 with check engine light on. Cars are being sold with transmission and engine issues after a week of purchase. Car has been immobile in the shop for a month with no resolution. Faulty contracts. No loaner, refund, or replacement offered

    Our shop at no charge to the customer found a faulty transmission shift cable.  Sometimes the vehicle would not come out of park and thus immobile.  We have not heard back from the customer otherwise, so I am confident this repair has been completed and the customer's complaint satisfied.  The vehicle is now fully functional and not immobilized.

    My daughter bought a used car from this place. She had to take it back several times for repairs. They should have checked over and repaired these things before selling the car. Also last year on Father's **** the car broke down and was not drivable. We recently were able to have a neighbor do the repairs on the vehicle. I wish we could have them buy back the car for the amount currently owed. They over charged her for the car. A similar situation also happened to someone my husband knows.
